Last year we were hit by a tornado for the first time in bridgeport ct..2 days ago the east coast including the tri state area had witnessed a 5.8 magnitude earthquake, and now were getting hit with a massive hurricane like none before I thought these area's were prone to these natural disasters........god bless america...

Massive hurricane like none before? Please, I went through at least 2 hurricanes that were stronger than this one, less than 3 months apart in '96. Stop swallowing every word the news is feeding you about this storm, like its some end times event. Its a minimal cat 2, maybe a strong cat 1 when it makes landfall, nothing like the "historic event" the president is talking about. He just wants people out of there so that he doesn't have a massive FEMA/PR debacle like Bush did with Katrina.
