The Campbells with their son, Adolf Hitler.
A New Jersey couple who lost custody of their first three kids after giving them Nazi-inspired names has been denied the right to take home their fourth child, a newborn boy they named Hons.
Heath and Deborah Campbell's other children - Adolf Hitler Campbell, JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell - are in foster care. On Monday, the Campbells went to family court in their hometown of Flemington, N.J,. in a bid to regain custody of Hons, who they say was taken from them by state child welfare officials hours after Deborah gave birth on Thursday, reported myfoxphilly.com.
Hons is still in the hospital, but the couple has been barred from seeing the baby, they told FOX. Heath Campbell said police came into the nursery and took Hons without a court order.
“They kidnapped my kid,” Campbell said. “I’ve been sleeping with his little blanket from the hospital.”
The state took custody of the couple’s other children nearly two years ago, saying there were in danger because of previous violence in the Campbell home, The Associated Press has reported. The Campbells have been fighting to get their children back ever since, claiming the violence charges are fabricated. It wasn't clear whether the latest court hearing involved all of the children or just the newborn.
The Campbells came into the spotlight in 2009 when a supermarket refused to ice a birthday cake for their now 4-year-old son Adolf Hitler.
Heath Campbell defended the children's names and told myfoxphilly.com on Monday that his reverend approved of him naming his new son Hons.
The Campbells have denied that they are neo-Nazis.

Mein Kampf part 2 anyone?
Naming a child something like that is child abuse and endangerment. Plain and simple. You are doing something that you know will cause your child harm and endanger their wellbeing, as well as their psychological and social development. Plain and simple. This goes beyond First Amendment rights. This is making a deliberate choice for a child that puts them in harm's way. And that is abuse no matter how you look at it. They deserve to lose custody for their names alone, for this reason.
I hope these idiots lose all their children. The kids are going to be in an unsafe home if allowed to be there. It is not the parents right to name them after horrible people with whom they have absolutely no connection. Of course you don't have to be a reasonably sane person with a job to have a kid - but it sure helps. And these people have no idea they're that stupid. Too bad.
Flemington, NJ represent!
It was all a big mistake, they meant to name him Huns.
Can someone just tell me where is that so-called "FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION?" Americans yak about?
What kind of complete @!$%# names their kid adolph hitler? Also the name is hAns not hons . Dip@!$%# rednecks.
Adolf hitler is just a name there are a load of people called adolf and a load with the last name hitler, just cos bad people had the names doesn't make them unusable, lol the people stopping them seeing there kids for that are sad, sad people.
WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL ? ? ? ? ?
Im a 53 year old unemployed Coal Miner, living here in the foothills of West Virginia with my 19 year old wife and 4 kids. My name is Larry Ballz.
My 3 sons, Suckmy, Lickmy & Itchyare all very well behaved, as is our cute little daughter, Ifondle.
These people are clearly too stupid to understand what it means to name your kid Adolf Hitler. They don't even know why they're racist, they just think racism is great and want to support it blindly. That's messed up.
Prejudice expounds more ignorance. A parent has every right
to name their children as they see fit.
Hitler is labeled by the ignorant. But that’s history.
I find it all pitiful; Those that label Hitler as a Hero, as well as those that label him as a demon.
Your ignorance suits each of you well, wear it for a very long time.
Condemn, condemn, condemn.
JAB - Although you are correct in that every parent has the right to name their children as they see fit, one cannot erase Adolph Hitler's heinous deeds. It's not up for debate; it's not a 'did he or didn't he?' The man is responsible for the murder of millions. Hitler labeled himself, my friend. As for these parents, what a couple of ass-hats...labels to which they are certainly entitled.
If the state took the kids because of violence, because the father was beating and threatening to kill the mother, they had every right to do it. I'm sure many states do this as a way to push abused women into leaving their abusers. If she would leave him and divorce his a**, she'd have her kids back. Have you ever heard the Dropkick Murphys song "State of Massachusetts"? (killer song by the way) It tells a similar story of a woman with a drunk, abusive husband who's "kids now belong to the State of Massachusetts". If they took the kids because the parents are neo-nazis(I believe they are), they do not have the right to do that. If we took away every kid from every parent in this country who has nazi, fascist, or other far-right politics, we wouldn't have enough foster homes or orphanages to keep them all.
Another thing, Adolph was a very common name among Germans and German-Americans before WWII. Growing up in Minnesota, I've heard of old German farmers named Adolph. I thought "why would anyone give their kid that name?" But these old farts were born before anyone heard of Hitler. In this case, I don't think it was an old family name because they put Hitler as a middle name. It's obvious who they were honoring. People should think twice about some of the names they give their kids. Life is hard enough the way it is, let alone being straddled with a name like that.
I've got no problem with the name "Adolph" by itself, it's just the combination of "adolph" followed by "hitler"
how many brain cells can you count on ONE hand? God must have looked the other way when these two "parents" slipped through. so sad for the children to have these memories.

Dear Heath:
Your Mom and I have wanted to tell you something very important and something I want you to be proud of son. 200 years ago there was a African Amercian man named Heath Campbell. Because I was so impressed I had our last name changed to Campbell before you were born. I was so impressed I promised myself my first born male would carry on the name Heath Campbell out of respect for what this black man has done for the whole African Amercian man and woman since 1799. He fought against the racist parties, slavery and always said he would one day know he was responsibiled for a black US president. Son, be proud that you bear the name after one of the most influential African Americans to ever walk this earth. Hold your head high, son. Heath Campbell is quite an honor. God Bless
Love your parents
Clevone and Josephine Campbell
PS Heath your uncles Charles Manson, Bernie Madoff and Luther Campbell(you know the lead guy from the rap group NWA) will be coming to your house for Christmas. You will find them quite charming....
I don't think this has anything to do with domestic violence. They may have had some family trouble but how many non-perfect parents get to keep their kids. I read a lot of news stories on this and I never saw anything that led me to believe that kids were being abused. I think the domestic violence angle was just cover to take the kids away because of their names. Welcome to the new police state.
Here is what is holistically wrong with this country. It's not Republicans, Democrats, da govvamet, or the media. It's all of you folks who can't get past the emotional flim flam and look at things objectively. Your quick to call Nazi against the gov't over this action but here is a case where the authorities acted well within accepted protocols. The removal had nothing to do with politics but yet you people have let a misleading headline distract you from more important issues. This isn't just stupid, it's lazy. Instead of digesting what you read and assimilating the data presented you just grab some cute little nugget that you can find offensive and then spew it back at the rest of us. Your embarrassing yourselves. If you really want to be outraged there are real issues out there, just please before you go off the deep end please research the issue. No one suffers idiots well. Remember that. Seriously.
Christopher:
I believe it is about politics. It's just not openly about politics. Many of the posters here would support openly taking the children away just because of the name. But in our halls of government they can't do that openly, yet. So they fabricated a story to lend legitimacy. No abuse of the children was ever actually established. But, hey, the officials say so and with a wink and a nod the courts allow these people's lives to be ruined, all the while saying that it's not about politics. Well, I call bull.
