MIAMI — A transgender woman accused of injecting a victim's buttocks with a substance consisting of cement, mineral oil and "Fix-a-Flat," is innocent , her attorney said Tuesday.
Attorney Michael Mirer told NBC Miami there is no proof that his client, 30-year-old Oneal Ron Morris received $700 from the woman as payment or performed the procedure on her.
"I can assure you that the state has no evidence other than what this alleged victim is saying. There is not going to be any proof or any documentation that shows that my client accepted any money or injected anybody with anything," Mirer said.
Mirer said he had no information on any other alleged victims.

MIAMI — Several people have come forward alleging a woman posing as a Florida doctor and promising buttocks enhancement pumped their behinds with a toxic concoction of cement, superglue and flat-tire sealant, state health officials said Tuesday.
Oneal Ron Morris — who police say was born a man and identifies as a woman — was arrested Friday after nearly a year of being sought and charged with practicing medicine without a license with serious bodily injury. Authorities say a victim who was looking to get a job at a nightclub and wanted a curvier figure paid Morris $700 for the injections in 2010. Morris allegedly used some type of tubing and inserted the toxic chemicals into her backside during a painful procedure.
The victim, who is not being identified due to medical privacy laws, suffered permanent scarring around the injection sites. Shortly after the surgery, she went to the hospital but left because she was too embarrassed to tell doctors about the procedure. The victim required multiple surgeries and had a 24-hour home health aide for an extended period of time, according to a statement from the Department of Health.
State health officials said Tuesday that several possible victims have since come forward alleging Morris performed similar procedures resulting in life-threatening injuries.
Morris, 30, has been released from jail on a bond. A phone listing for Morris could not be found, and it's unclear if Morris has an attorney. Police say Morris performed the same surgery on herself.

WOW! Women, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't be so quick to 'change' your physical features. DO YOUR RESEARCH! Find out who's hands you are putting your life into. This is a HORRIBLE thing. Any type of procedure like this should ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS be done in a certified medical facility, by a plastic surgeon who is board certified, no matter how seemingly small the procedure appears to be. This could have turned out FAR WORSE. And the problem is, that usually there is no financial recourse, because the fake doctor has no money in the first place. And if YOU had insurance, then you should have had these tyes of procedures done by a real doctor.
Hopefully, this perverted 'doctor' will be in prison for a very long time. I think she is probably demented on some level, because she MUST KNOW that injecting someone with such toxic things is DANGEROUS, and life threatening. She is obviously short on brains. Could be that her own injected ill shapped body is what has led her (him) to inflict this terrible fate on others. Ladies, put your thinking caps on!

um Lorene, relax: I don't think there's going to be a mass rush of women to get their buttocks filled with cement.
Insurance does not cover elective surgeries. So it would not help people desperate enough to get this type pf procedure done even with insurance. The bigger problem occurs with all the surgeries and medical bills incurred in recovery. Which without having insurance in the first place means we will flip the bill for it. I am legally blind with a -10+ vision prescription and astigmatisms in both eyes. With insurance they would not touch helping me with Lasik 5 years ago when my eyes were still to a point they could have been corrected and now Lasik wont do anything as my vision has become worse. Yet insurance does not even cover the cost of me getting a new prescription, or glasses, or contacts because its considered elective medical procedures, even an eye exam. Yet without corrective lenses I am 4 times what is considered legally blind in Florida. If I went to the state for disability for being blind I would be told I am not eligible because it can be corrected when I have lenses on. But the cost of the lenses are not covered. So insurance screws you regardless. But if this person had it at least the medical treatment after to fix the dumb decision to have fix a flat put in your ass would be covered somewhat . Instead it doesn't and Living in FLorida I will contribute towards flipping the bill.

In Meagre Care everyone is a doctor and everyone gets to charge whatever the FREE MARKET dictates - people that take the trouble to go to Medical School get to charge up the yinyang (and then fix the yingyang) This revolutionary plan not only makes medical care affordable for all - it's a JOB CREATOR (Because of all the new Doctors.)Furthermore, it will improve the self esteem of many people who will now be able to look at themselves as Medical Professionals and make many parents happy because their children will be able to marry doctors. As a final 1-2 punch of benefit power- over a period of time it will significantly reduce population as well as allowing for the elimination of yet another government agency!

You misunderstand me. I am very pissed off that I end up flipping the bill. You know this person does not have insurance. I am not sure where you got that I am happy to flip the bill. I think I stated that if they had insurance at least the recovery would be covered so i dont have to pay. I was pointing out that the OP mentioned having insurance and getting this procedure done correctly and saying even with insurance elective surgery is not covered. Somehow you totally misinterpreted what I said

Even when you go to a board certified doctor you can get butchered - I did. A Stanford doctor did the wrong surgery on me, operating on 20 of the wrong parts. He operated on the wrong leg, he operated on my knees and calves for no reason - they were perfect before the surgery. I have constant pain in my knees now and I cannot kneel down anymore. Next week I'm going to have my 25th surgery to fix this monster's mistakes, and all of them I have had to pay myself, more than $200,000. He got away with it because he got his friend from Stanford, a superior court judge, to fix the trial. There are a lot of sociopaths in medicine - there are more serial killers that have been physicians than all other professions combined.

But I seriously doubt the case was fixed - it isn't considered "fixing" a case when a person subjects themselves to repeated treatments and then claims they were not worth the money. Most would only allow for one "butchering".

There is nothing "normal" about going under the knife to fix whatever you think is wrong with your body. I was always bullied by the little cheerleader types because I was a 6' tall athlete when I was 14 years old. Going back to the 20 year reunion made up for all that crap. Those little petite girls were 250# pigs and I was still 6' tall and athletic. Now I'm 61 and guess what... still 6' tall and gravity finally kicked in so I have boobs now. I may not be the most beautiful pick of the litter but I never once felt I needed to be butchered to fix something on my body.

I think the sensible thing to do is take a page from Al Gore's book. Trans, I would imagine that the special treatment comes in the form of being released on bond because of officials not knowing which prison would be safe for this person of "both" genders. If anything happened to him/her in jail, the whole gay/trans community would be in an uproar. How do you keep someone safe in prison when the person is not of either gender?? Solitary? Any solution would bring a lawsuit. I guess the only solution is to build wings on jails for transgeners.
