WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. - Authorities are looking for the father of a New Jersey toddler who was found dead in her car seat, partially submerged in a stream.
Two-year-old Tierra Morgan lived in Lakehurst with her mother and was having a court-approved visit with her father Monday, but he never brought her back.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office says Arthur Morgan III is wanted for questioning in his daughter's death. She was found still strapped into her car seat in a park stream Tuesday afternoon in Wall Township, about 20 miles away.
The toddler was discovered by children playing in Shark River Park. They notified park rangers, who called police.
A warrant charging Morgan with child endangerment was issued before the girl's body was found. An autopsy is to be done Wednesday morning.

WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY??? Why do these IDIOTS think it's okay to kill an innocent child? I don't care what kind of dispute you are having with your spouse, there is NO excuse for killing a child!
I agree, but I also think the courts are partly to blame when they make incorrect custody decisions or impose unnecessary visitation restrictions. Doesn't excuse this behavior, but I think this contributes to it.
The best solution would seem to be not marrying and having children until you grow up. For some people, that would mean never marrying or having kids, which is fine. Some people shouldn't.
So frigging unreal! There is no reason for this. The only excuse is that he is dead too. I hope to hell he is.
One of the few things morons can do is procreate.

And create legislation!
And become MTV reality stars and become rich.
My mind won't even go to the point of envisioning a dad killing his innocent 2 yr old daughter. How sad that so many children are born to the wrong parent!!!!!!!
The way the words are arranged in the headline it sounds like the dad of a 2 year old is dead. I would have written it has Father of dead 2 year old wanted for questioning
In an unrelated story the headline reads "School Bus Involved in Suspected DUI Crash" and on reading it, an alleged drunk driver in a pickup apparently hit another car and then the bus hit the wreck. From the headline you'd think that the bus driver was suspected of DUI. But such false advertising gets people to read the article, doesn't it?
Classic MSNBC. They also try to suck us into reading about how energy drinks are "tied to hospital visits" when in reality the only people ending up in hospitals after consuming these things are people who are drinking a bunch of them in combination with alcohol and other drugs.
Years ago they called that 'yellow journalism." Now it's just common practice. Journalism as a profession died back in about 1974.
the way this is written suggests the father might have been the victim of something, too.
There is something so wrong with our society these days. How can a parent kill their own child? Or any child for that matter. It simply staggers the mind.
How about a picture of this guy and description of him and maybe his vehicle?

It seems like every time I look at the news another baby/toddler is dead or missing. I just don't understand how people/parents can do these horrible things to their children! May they all get what they have coming to them!!!!
I still can't believe this happened a mile away from me. I hope I find this scumbag first. I'll keep him alive for a few weeks, just barely though.
There is a solution for this, we are going behind the shed an I'M coming out not him. There is a lot of problems with both sides in a divorce. When judges give custody of one week on and one week off to the husband of a non biolgical child, this so wrong in so many ways. DNA proves he not the father & until the divorce he wouldn't have anything to do with the child. This one would be the one I would worry about the day he snaps. But ONE day this child will wonder why he was not able to see other family members, He already asking questions that will come back to haunt the ex-husband. Shame all so call parents that harm a child, don't want the child Iv'e got a list of parents that would walk thru hot bed of coals to have a child. Its too bad stupid can't be cured with castraction, or a pill...
Exactly, how about letting people know what this guy looks like so we can help if we see him by calling the police.

He was supposed to take her to see Happy Feet 2 and instead she's (potentially) thrown/dropped from an overpass into a canal, strapped into her car seat with no possible chance to survive. My heart aches for that little girl's last moments, and the family left behind - omg, her poor mom....
