I still think there is more to this tragedy than what is known. I don't get how people can say that just because Zimmerman has injuries that back up that he was punched in the face and his head bashed on the ground proves that he was unjustifiably attacked by Martin. It does not prove that Martin was not provoked by Zimmerman. It does not prove that Zimmerman didn't make the first move by pushing or hitting Martin. All it proves is that at some point during the altercation Martin got the better of Zimmerman. It in no way proves that he was attacked first. That in itself is what is in contention more than anything else. Who was the aggressor. Everything that I have read shows that it is a high probability that Zimmerman was the aggressor throughout the whole incident. He was following Martin in his vehicle. He got out of his vehicle and chased Martin. He changed his mind about meeting the police at the mailboxes and instead wanted them to call him so he could tell them where he is. That does not seem to indicate to me that he was on his way back to his vehicle. Martin may have been the one that was being attacked and he was just defending himself.

Why is it a hard case for the prosecutor? They have the 911 tapes, they have the testimony of Martin's girlfriend, they have the testimony of the witnesses. Take it to court that is the only way that Trayvon will get justice. To just take one small part of the incident and to use that to claim that he was justified is in no way justice.

What you failed to include in your absurd, one sided tirade, is the fact that between those dates there were a number of B&Es reported at the Retreat at Twin Lakes. Thus, one could reasonably conclude that Mr. Zimmerman has good cause to make 41 calls to 9 1 1, it shows that he was a conscientious neighborhood watch person, doing the best he could for his community.
