Pair arrested after graphic video of man being beaten is posted

Viral video shows an assault on a tourist during a St. Patrick's Day celebrations in Baltimore. WBAL's Kai Reed reports.

Baltimore police have arrested a second person in the videotaped beating of a 31-year-old Virginia man in St. Patrick’s Day, according to the Baltimore Sun. After taking the victim’s keys and money and leaving him naked on the sidewalk, the pair then posted a video of the graphic video on YouTube, police allege.

Police have arrested Aaron Jacob Parsons, 20, and Shayona Mikia Davis, 20, and charged them with robbery and assault. They are seeking two others allegedly involved in the beating.

People who knew Parsons and Davis recognized them in the video and directed police to them.
