Investigators: Army nurse in Afghanistan did not die of bullet wound

U.S. Army via AP

This undated photo provided by the U.S. Army shows Capt. Bruce Kevin Clark. The family says Clark's wife witnessed the officer's death, which happened Monday, April 30, as the two were video chatting via Skype.

Captain Bruce Kevin Clark, an Army nurse who died while on Skype with his wife, did not die of a bullet wound, U.S. military officials said. Investigators say Clark apparently died of natural causes.

"We can positively say that Captain Clark was not shot,"Chris Grey, a spokesperson for U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command, said in a statement. "We do not suspect foul play in the death of Captain Clark at this point in our ongoing investigation."

During a Skype conversation, Clark suddenly pitched forward and was unresponsive. His nose had been bloodied, apparently when his head slammed into the table or computer keyboard after collapsing. Clark's family said Sunday they believed he had died of a gunshot wound.

Clark's family released a statement describing what his wife saw in the video feed recording her husband's death in Tarin Kowt, Afghanistan.

"Clark was suddenly knocked forward," the statement said. "The closet behind him had a bullet hole in it. The other individuals, including a member of the military, who rushed to the home of CPT Clark's wife also saw the hole and agreed it was a bullet hole."

But no bullet wound was found in Clark's body, Grey said Monday. Investigators "found no trauma to the body beyond minor abrasions and a possible broken nose most likely caused from Captain Clark striking his face on his desk when he collapsed," Grey said.

The statement from the Clark family says the Skype link remained open for two hours on April 30 as family and friends in the United States and Afghanistan called for help.

"After two hours and many frantic phone calls by Mrs. Clark, two military personnel arrived in the room and appeared to check his pulse, but provided no details about his condition to his wife," the statement said.

Military officials have told NBC News that Clark died of an apparent massive heart attack. Grey says an autopsy is being done to determine the cause of death.

Unfortunately, we can't believe what our government says. They'll "officially" state whatever is in their best interest and then deal with the lowly individuals affected personally after they spin whatever they need to. It is very sad, but that's how politics have been done within human civilizations since day one. Occasionally some clever, dedicated person will break through an actually tell the truth of a situation like this, but then the government will simply retract their statement and say their initial source was faulty and they're soooo sorry.

How sad for this poor woman and her family.

You have to absolutely got to be kidding jimpy. Your little rant makes not even a bit of common sense. The family has the body, if they want to check for a bullet wound they can and it isn't exactly something that can be hidden. You conspiracy theorist's crazy theories can't even be put off by basic common sense! Get a grip or get off the boards. And yes dmiller, heart attack victims commonly just drop dead with few or no recognized signs. My uncle dropped like a stone Halloween candy shopping with his granddaughter. They said he didn't utter a word just dropped and was likely dead before he hit the floor. No, it is not rare....

I am sure it is comforting to the wife to know that he died of natural causes and that she was talking with him when he died. Yes, I am sure she is feeling a great loss right now, but to know that your husband's final moments were spent with you even while half a world apart would be a comforting consolation.

I am glad to learn that his death was natural. It doesn't change the fact that he is gone, but it now looks like something that could not have been prevented.

    Jimpy,

You watch way too much TV and go to too many movies. There is a reason for the word fiction. In this case what's ridiculous if for several people, including one "military" person, to look at a video/picture and see a "bullet hole" in a door. That's a big jump, even if the person was in a war zone. Did the wife hear a gunshot?? Doesn't say so. Just says he died and then she and later others saw a bullet hole. I guess the only way a door gets a hole in it is by someone shooting at it??????? Only on TV. How does one determine that a spot/hole on a door is a bullet hole? Also, not all bullet wounds include exiting of the bullet.

What? It wasn't a drive-by shooting after all?

If his wife had really seen a bullet hole in the wall after her husband fell face first, that would indicate that the shot came from behind him from outside the room.

    @jimpy

The conspiracy theory is not so far fetched. Everyone says that the family has the body, but according to Chris Grey they are going to do a full autopsy to see what happened. So if the army has the body, and is going to do a full investigation, how is it that the family can view the body to see if there was a bullet to the head or not. I don't trust military and the way they spin the truth, i will just wait to see what the sum of the whole turns out to be. And why after two hours of phone calls did the wife see the military doctors come into the room and check the pulse. Why the long wait?

    #1.15 - Mon May 7, 2012 11:46 AM EDT

Like a prior comment, the family has the body and they could check the veracity of the goverment statement that there is no bullet hole on the body, or if still not sure, they can have a medical person examine the body. Anyway if the wife saw her husband pitch forward and a bullet whole in the closet BEHIND the husband, that would mean that the bullet was fired from the front AND THE BODY WOULD BE PITCHING BACKWARDS. Give our boys a break, they are trying to do a job over there so you won't be bothered over here.

Steve C- You are correct go ask the ex NFL star, multi million dollar contract, go ask his family if the military tells the truth and tries to cover up the real truth that they killed him. Why did I say NFL star, million dollar contract, because the guy was a freaking idiot to leave that behind to join the Military to earn a few thousand a month and risk his life for someone else's cause, how can you be so GUNG HO to join todays military, I can not see loving this country so much in this day and age. With this being said I did 20 years in the US Navy got out back in 1989, this country and the military are not the same and I do know what I'm talking about because I have the 20 years that I did and I know alot of people in the military now, IT IS NOT THE SAME, these young men are acting like Ron Kovic, he had the movie done about his life called Born on the 4th of July, he was so Gung Ho, I mean really wanted to serve his country and look what happened to him and look how he was treated when he came home.

My initial thought on the death was heart attack or aneurysm. I would think there would be blood from a gun shot. I just feel for the poor woman not being able to find anyone for two hours to check on him. She must have felt so helpless. Until all the facts are out, she is probably wondering if someone had come sooner, could he have been saved.

Really, a conspiracy?! This is not to say that I don't believe that gov'ts cover things up - all of them do & they do so more than we realize, but what is the motive here to cover up. If he was shot on Skype how did she not hear the gun shot. Not too many military weapons come equipped w/ silencers. Where is the blood splatter?! And yes, the body will be returned to the family to bury. It's pretty hard to conceal a bullet hole. Unless the military itself ordered a mafia/CIA style hit on the guy, why would they go through the extreme difficulty of covering it up? Why would they shoot him while he's Skyping someone? Why would they want to assassinate a Navy nurse? My friend's husband died at 35 w/o warning. An blood vessel burst in his brain and he was dead before he hit the shower floor. He never felt anything. (If someone really wanted this guy dead, it wouldn't be too hard to stage in a war zone but I don't think they stage it in the barracks. It would more likely come while on patrol or in combat.

        #1.26 - Mon May 7, 2012 2:39 PM EDT

To all of you who are so convinced that this is a government cover-up, why do you believe that the hole his wife saw is a bullet hole and why do are you so convinced that she would even be able to tell by Skype while on the other side of the planet. Her Skype reception much be a lot better than mine.

For the third time, if he was shot from the front, his body would lurch backwards from the impact of the bullet, not forward into the computer. If that is truly a bullet hole in the wall, it was not from any bullet that could have killed him if he was shot from the front. If someone shot him from the back, then how did that bullet happen to bounce around the room to make a hole in the wall behind him.

Why don't you try using a little common sense before believing in government cover-ups? Jeez!

A heart attack? I would think that he would have mentioned something to his family about not feeling well, being dizzy, left side pain, something. I guess it is possible that he just collapsed, but no warning signs? Very rare. No matter how he died, I feel for the family. They see him collapse and there is really no one to call for immediate medical help. A true feeling of helplessness.

I had a heart attack at 42. The day before, I though I had the flu. The morning of my attack, I collapsed, with no warning to me or those around me. His having a heart attack out of the blue is entirely possible. It happens every day. That's one of the things they teach you about in cardiac rehab. Some people show classical symptoms, while other show none.

Dmiller, it does happen. My father got up for work one morning. Stood up at the table to get his tea, and he was dead before he hit the floor. No history. We don't know if he had any pain or warning signs before, probably no more than this soldiers wife does. It might have been a twinge. You just don't know.

I feel feel badly for the family. It's always a shock when a family member dies like this. There's so much unknown. It's so sudden. You don't get a chance to say goodbye.

As for the conspiracy freaks, you can't hide a bullet wound. If there was a bullet hole in the closet was it there before this incident? Did she hear a shot fired? Even with silencer, with the mic on, she should have heard something.

The family can have their own autopsy performed to see if the initial report was right or not.

He was a painter and amongst his co-workers at the time. Cause|? Massive coronary, doctor said he was dead before he hit the floor. Massive heart attacks can be very thorough, very quick and very final.

Do you know what's more rare?

Being shot in the head while on a skype call to your wife.

Here's the complicated thing. He's facing the computer: if the bullet went through his head and through the closet in the back then his head would go BACKWARDS, the wife would see the wound, and the bullet would have to come from behind the computer, and would have to be from the direction that this guy was facing. You'd think he would make a sign of seeing something.

If the bullet came from the closet, then someone would have had to shoot him from INSIDE the closet, shoot through the closet door, and even if the bullet lodged in this guy's brain, the shooter wouldn't be a ble to leave while on the skype call.

I think it's more plausible he went into cardiac arrest or had an aneurisym. (sp?)

sudden death - Death occurring unexpectedly and instantaneously or within one hour of the onset of symptoms in a patient with or without known preexisting heart disease. Sudden death due to cardiac conditions occurs in the U.S. at the rate of one a minute. It may be caused by cardiovascular conditions, including ischemic heart disease, aortic stenosis, coronary embolism, myocarditis, ruptured or dissecting aortic aneurysm, Stokes-Adams syndrome, stroke, pulmonary thromboembolism, and other, noncardiovascular-related disorders, such as electrolyte imbalance and drug toxicity. Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary, 19th Edition emphasis added

To all you conspiracy theorists, please note that sudden death is not all that uncommon, even among people with absolutely no symptoms or history.

rfrisch, nobody has to be lying. The wife thought she saw a bullet hole, but perhaps it wasn't (she was on Skype - how well could it be seen?), or it was from some previous incident. The facts of the case (he slumped forward) don't make sense with a bullet hole in the closet behind him, in any case. If the bullet came from in front of him, he would have been blown backwards, not forward. If someone was hiding in the closet and shot him through the door, and there was a Skype feed for 2 hours, then he couldn't have left without being noticed.

Funny that there was a BULLET hole behind him, he fell forward and it was witnessed by the wife. I am no Doctor but I would have thought he would have gotten stiff with muscle spasms, a surprised look or even a look of pain on his face and fell backwards. But I guess a heart attack sounds better than saying he died of lead poisoning. This way there is no finger pointing no blame. Being that he was in the medical profession I am sure he had no training in this area no indication of a heart attack. None of the associated signs, nothing to express his discomfort or feeling of nausea, nothing just WHAM instant heart attack instant dead. As a former military member I hate to say it, but the US Govt will tell you what you are going to believe then come up with the evidence to prove to you what they want you to believe. To hell with the truth. Our military members deserve the very best we as a country have to offer even if that includes telling the truth. A novel concept with politics and the US Govt. If it were me and I were the family I would want an independent medical exam (back in the USA) to determine the actual cause of death. Praying that the US told the truth and did not use my loved one as a cover up. But it would be nice to be able to believe what BIG BROTHER says JUST ONCE. To the family of our fallen hero, I want to extend my deepest sympathy and say THANK YOU for giving the ultimate price. God be with you during this time and I hope and pray that the truth comes out. God Bless you and yours for your loss and again thank you for what you as a military family have given to this country.

My husband is a nurse with the military. He doesn't know everything about medicine either. There are certain things that they are specifically trained to do, such as put IV's in, dish out medicine, and then if they end up going into combat, they take a 3 month course in combat medicine. I doubt that you learn very much in the 6-8 months of training that you get, compared to the 2+ years that hospital nurses are required to have, or the 6+ years that doctors have. Plus, they are in a situation where maybe he had flu like symptoms but assumed it was from the food or the water, or perhaps he had just done strenuous PT that left him sore and achy and so he didn't distinguish a chest pain from sore muscles. Knowing what symptoms are and experiencing them yourself are two very different things, as no two human beings are the same.

ready2change - actually officers (you should know this as a military spouse) are required to have a degree. Also their training is a bit different since normally they have a degree in their MOS. The 3 months you're talking about are 91W training at Ft. Sam Houston aka. Combat Medic. That's for enlisted - not officers. Also, that training is a paramedic course (not an EMT course). Not just some random facts and only the parts you need. You're literally trained in 3 months in everything a paramedic would know.

Now, while the random massive heart attack theory sounds plausible I would think he would've had some symptoms prior to it. Normally they're overlooked because they are so minute and benign. Especially on deployment when stress levels are already high, most symptoms are attributed to simply that - stress. One would expect a trained medical professional to notice these signs but again, he was deployed.

That being said, something does seem a bit cloak and dagger about all of it but it could be circumstantial.

Really.......why does a hole in a door or piece of furniture have to be a bullet hole? No mention of gunshot noise. Also, read up on sudden death syndrome. Then you'll understand a little better how that works.

Please read my post above, #2.15. Sudden death from cardiac sources occurs about once per minute in the U.S., according to Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary, frequently with no warning symptoms, and no history of cardiac problems. And what the wife saw as a bullet hole could have been a dark spot on the surface of the door, it could have been a knot hole, it could have been a bullet hole that happened sometime earlier. If she didn't see a bullet hole in him then the rest is all conjecture.

I'm sure that, being a nurse, Mr. Clark was familiar with sudden cardiac death. Often, the very first sign of heart disease is a massive, sudden heart attack. And yes, people do just literally drop over dead. I'm sorry for Mrs. Clark and her daughters' loss.

Hush now! How dare you enlighten the majority of idiots posting here who are spoon-fed what the media gives them, and they swallow it down happily. They are so comfy in their thoughts that our government doesn't lie to them, our military takes care of their own (ask any homeless vet... oh wait, I must be making that up too.)
I would like to hear what the wife has to say since she was the one talking to him when he died. But wait, she already told what she saw. If America would wake up, realize all news media is controlled and biased, and yes, your pretty little rights are being taken away every single day - you might find it plausable. However, no one wants the truth. They don't want to believe the government tactics.

I say it's very possible this man got ahold of the wrong information, was found out, and silenced. Or someone with a vendetta in the Army did him in. And for those of you who will mock this... just go back to your TV sets and obey. Our military has been covering up things since the '50s!!!
As far as heart attacks, I have seen four of them. There is usually a facial expression made when the person has the heart attack. Even a sudden, massive one. His wife said his head was KNOCKED FORWARD, and a bullet hole was in the closet door.
Now, let me enlighten you on one thing: NOT EVERY BULLET GOES THROUGH THE HEAD AND SPLATTERS THE SCREEN! You do realize there are many, many different types of bullets out there, don't you? You can have a bullet that sprays pellets... or one that makes a nice, neat entrance but explodes inside & never exits. The man didn't slump forward, he didn't fall forward... his head was KNOCKED forward!

So Mr Krinkle, with all of your wisdom, please tell me if his head was knocked forward (presumably by the force of the bullet hitting him from behind) then how did the bullet hit the door behind him? Because that is what we are basing this entire story about him being shot on. The wife says she saw a bullet hole in the door behind him. I'm not sure if you've ever used skype, but the picture quality is not HD, by any means. My first thought when I saw this story is how would she be able to discern if what she saw was a bullet hole. More likely, knowing that her husband was in a war zone, she assumed he was shot and took a spot on the door as a bullet hole. But lets not let common sense get in the way of a very good conspiracy theory!

By the way, just because you've seen a few people have heart attacks, doesn't mean they are all the same. Just scroll up to read the many comments from people whose relatives died from heart attacks with no warning, change of expression or anything. Just collapsed.

Yes, it's cool how a gunman was able to shoot through a door and still get a kill shot. "basic physic" would suggest the bullet's trajectory might change.

And then he was able to hide in a closet for two hours until someone showed up to turn the camera off. Good thing nobody thought to look inside the closet, or he might have gotten caught.

are made from, and before you say it metal does not stop bullet if door was made of metal not saying i know what the door was made from

that wasnt my point anyways bullet from behind will push your head forward over your head i guess

It is possible and I hope that is how I go-- I'm hurting enough now, but it isn't my heart. My blood pressure readings have been very good for years-- my doctor is very pleased.

My aunt called my grandmother for a ride. My grandmother got there within 10 minutes and my aunt appeared to be asleep sitting on the couch. Dead of a heart attack with no outward signs of pain - contorted position, slumped over, glasses askew, etc.

Also had a friend that was at a card game and was lying on a couch. He sat up and said somethig to the group at the card table and gave them "the finger" and lay back down - dead. The others there thought he was just joking and didn't ake it seriously until it was his turn for a round of cards.

My company's accountant was at the annual Christmas party chatting when he fell to the floor, dead, no warning. Let's see that's three times, nope, I'd say it was not unusual at all.

My grandmother was sitting at the lunch table with my parents, she just fell forward - dead. My dad had been lying in bed with his wife talking about the days activities, she went to get her coffee, and heard him hit the floor, dead. When I was working in AAA Baseball, we had a lady come in, she'd been at every game since the ballpark opened. She sat down in her seat and died before the her sister got to her seat next to her. It's called Sudden Death Syndrome. And you don't have to be in your later years to get caught by it. Look at some of the athletes that have passed recently. Especially that one in Arizona last week, here for the Olympics training.

It is not unheard of that the military would make a small effort to cover up a wrongful death. Many questions beg to be answered, and yes, if I were the family, I would ask for a private autopsy. It is likely the facts are just as stated, but as a loved one, I would want to be sure. How much could an autopsy cost?

My heart goes out to the family, I'm so sorry for your loss, grief affects the family in ways no one understands unless they've been through the same thing. God Bless you all.

What is SO unbelievably tragic is that it took 2 hours for family and friends to contact someone over there who could check on him. That must have been absolute living hell for the family.

But hopefully they'll have some peace of mind knowing that he apparently died painlessly and instantly, and that even if someone had been there within 2 minutes, there was almost certainly nothing that could've been done.

So, so sad. My thoughts are with Capt. Clark, his wife and family. I hope they find some measure of peace.

There is never any peace of mind when a relative drops dead of a massive heart attack. My father dropped dead at work with a cup of coffee in one hand and a cigarette in the other. No one could revive him no matter how they tried. Dying suddenly leaves many unsaid words, expressions of love or preparation for your survivors. You may not feel anything but your family feels it forever.

Mario, Perhaps not, but for my own peace of mind I would have it done. If for nothing more than to be able to document that information for my children. That there could be some family history of early heart problems. Who is to say that it doesn't run in his family.

My heart goes out to the family and friends of this soldier. I pray they find the strength to see their way through the painful days ahead.

Mario is probably right, but then again, so is everyone else. A 2nd autopsy should be done if it will help the family deal with Capt. Clark's death and find some measure of peace.

But MarilynMD, if this was "recorded" on Skype, I don't think there would be much chance for a cover up. If he had been shot from anywhere nearby, his wife should have heard the gunshot. I think the "bullet hole" in the closet door, if in fact that's what it is, was probably there beforehand and she only noticed it after he fell forward.

In any event, very tragic -- especially the 2 hours it took to get in touch with someone who could check on him. That must've been absolutely horrendous and excruciating for his family and friends.

It is Afghanistan I am sure somewhere there is a bullet hole in a toilet seat or some other odd place. Even if he was shot with a silenced pistol or rifle it would most likely have been heard on the audio. As we all know Silenced weapons are not silent. Just quieter. Anyone who has ever fired one would know anyway. But all in all the Tillman and Lynch stories people are blabbing about are entirely different matters. This man died of natural causes in my opinion anyway. And as for conspiracies, the SPAM you eat was discontinued in 1956. nibor one of these days you should go ouit and have a look at some of the buildings in Afghanistan Iran iraq other places war is apparent. Bullet holes in uncommon places are not that uncommon but it doesnt mean someone was shot there.

if its even a bullet hole. A hole seen through a computer video camera a few thousand miles away can appear to be what ever you want it to be. Why would the Government go through such efforts to cover up a nurses death by bullet in a war torn country where he is constantly in harms way. What silly dribble.

The soldier was in his own room. My husband has deployed 4 times and 2 of the times he was able to get internet in his room. There are such things, it just depends on where you are stationed and how expensive it it.

Most likely, he was in his own barracks room, on his own laptop. If he didn't have roommates, or if his roommates were out on a mission, this could easily happen.

It took 2 hours for them to get into contact with someone, which is not unheard of for the military. My husband's mother passed away recently, and in order to get that information to him, I had to call the red cross, who then made me give them the number for the place where she had been, they had to call them for confirmation of the death, then call me back, give me a number where I could call the quarterdeck at his station, who then had to call a number at the red cross with the information I had given him, and then they got ahold of my husband. Unless they have a sat telephone, most military members overseas don't have a cell phone on them. She probably had to go through channels to get ahold of someone who could reach her husband. She probably didn't have the number for his military base, which isn't unheard of either.

It is amazing that everyone is looking at the bullet hole. Lets stop for a minute and focus on how much time it took to get military personnel to him. The anguish his wife must have felt, helpless because she could not get help to him. As to the bullet, it could have been friendly fire and we all remember the Tillman case, don't we. The family will take whatever measures are necessary to ensure honesty, but it would help if the military was honest from the beginning, wouldn't it.

According to the news, it took 2 hrs to get someone to him because the Army had to go through the chain of command. What kind of BS is that?

It isn't BS during full on wartime it could take days to get through chain of command. The military has specific rules and policies for many different reasons.

Says he or she who thinks the military automatically drops everything and goes running to the aid of a dead man because his wife who is half way around the world just calls the military saying her husband was shot while talking to her on skype. Yeah they get those calls everyday and immediate procedure is going on its way. Lol You make me giggle.

Eagle, if you've never had to get ahold of someone in a combat area, then you have no idea. I had to try to contact my son when I found out that his wife was screwing around on him. Because it was not considered a RedCross Emergency I went through all kinds of BS to get in touch with him. Took me a couple of days and even then I could only get a message for him to call me back when he could. While I can imagine that those two hours felt like years to this mans family, I'm not surprised.

...and the best way to know it is a dead man is to wait a few hours before checking. Is this some more of your vast personal experience?

Back in 1990 this was the case with my Dad. I was not in the immediate area whilst he was talking with my wife, but she reported that he made a short "Ooo" sound and she caught him as he went down. They called for me to come quick. I, not knowing more than what I've seen on TV about CPR did the very best I could to save him. I was broken hearted for a very long time because it didn't work, but since have taken the class. My wife, my son and I are now certified, and re-certify every 2 years. I've learned that when the heart ceases in this way, as my Dad's did, it wouldn't have mattered if he was in the ER at the time. Lights out. Great for him...terrible for us. May this gentleman rest in peace. Prayers to the family. God bless.

We know nothing about this location other then it has been involved in a war for a decade. So bullet holes are probably not that uncommon. Considering the family will get his body back. It would be easy enough to check if he had been shot.

It appears to me there should more focus on why it took two hours for military personnel to reach the site. His wife was clearly distraught. If the bullet was from "friendly fire" the military are not going to be forth coming in their discussion (Tilman). The family should question a number of things that are not adding up. Whether or not he had a massive coronary is the starting point but not the only point. May God bless the family both immediate and extended military.

If the man was done with his shift and since he has the skype set up in his room, what would the reason be to go bother him? Hello??? Man tells fellow soldiers "I'm heading back to my chu to skype with my wife" You don't go knocking on knocking his door!!! Also, it is NOT that easy to get in contact with people over there. I should know my husband has been there 3 times and is heading over soon for a fourth, I was lucky if I got to hear/see him once a week. There is a ton of protocol, the military has rules you can't just jump to the head of the line, that's how things get screwed up. I feel bad for the family, but I also know that you are not meant to make a statement to the press- we as spouses are taught this. They should of kept quiet until they got all the facts and his body back. Now they are going to make themselves look bad. You must follow protcol!!!

If he was shot, where is the blood? His wife would have seen blood. There would have been plenty of blood at the scene. What motivation does the military have to hide the real cause of death? What military doctor would perform an autopsy and lie about the actual cause of death? Although I am a harsh critic of Obama, I cannot see any motivation for his administration to coverup the actual cause of death. Most likely, the coverup would be exposed because a gunshot caused death is very easy to determine. Someone would blow the whistle because maintaining the coverup is an illegal order.

Many posters have indicated the possibility of sudden death by cardiac arrest. Although not common, this cause of death as indicated by the military rings true. The incident is an outlier (death occurring while talking on Skype) but outliers occur. The alternative explanation of a gunshot death is not plausible given the obvious difficulty and lack of motivation to coverup the actual cause of death.

Echoing sentiments from others: you cannot just automatically believe what the government or military says. Far too many cases of death by friendly fire, men dying due to someone's stupidity, equipment failure or poor directions. Would your government lie to you? Only if it served to protect themselves or advance their interest.

George, unless the Military programmed his computer to ZAP him while he was skyping w/his wife I don't believe any of your conspiracy theory speculations ring true. But I do recommend that an independent autopsy should be done on him. Just for the familys' own peace of mind.
