In its April edition, Men's Health magazine ranks the nation's 100 "smuttiest" U.S. cities. Not only did Orlando, Fla. — home to Walt Disney World and SeaWorld — finish No. 1, but Florida headed the list of smuttiest states.

Tampa, Fla. — where the Republican National Convention will take place this summer — came in at No. 8. But Democrats shouldn't make fun. The home of their convention — Charlotte, N.C. — is No. 5.

Men's Health said it based its rankings on the number of X-rated DVDs bought, rented or streamed, as compiled by AdultDVDEmpire.com; the number of adult entertainment stores per city, as monitored by StorErotica.net; the rate of porn searches, via Google; and the percentage of households that subscribe to Cinemax, the bluest of the cable movie networks.

4. Raleigh, N.C.
5. Charlotte, N.C.

3. New Castle County (Wilmington): 70% BO, 30% JM
4. Wake County (Raleigh): 57% BO, 42% JM

The cities are actually more liberal in nature, or at least as their voting records would indicate.

No surpise to my way of thinking, at least about Orlando. Please, after spending all day for two or three days on end doing what the kiddies want and being surrounded by cute, and wholesome, and pure, and "family values," any healthy adult with a libido is going to be bound to want to seek out something . . . well, a little more, adult!

These findings are based in part on how many people subscribe to Cinemax?
If you have cable TV, you most likely have Cinemax.
It would be interesting to see the numbers on what the study regarded as 'porn' in search engine entries.
Such vague results printed in such vague reports are not truly worth paying attention to.
