Amanda Logue and her boyfriend, Jason Andrews, are charged in the death Dennis
NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – A porn actress accused with her lover of killing a tattoo parlor owner after a sex party pleaded guilty on Monday to a reduced charge that will get her 40 years in prison.
The Tampa Bay Times reports that Amanda Logue, 30, entered the plea in Pasco County. Logue, who performed in adult films under the name Sunny Dae, was originally charged with first-degree murder but was allowed to plead guilty to second-degree murder in a plea deal, according to the newspaper.
Dennis “Scooter” Abrahamsen of Tampa was found stabbed and bludgeoned to death on a massage table in his New Port Richey home in May 2010. Court records show that Logue had been paid to attend a sex party Abrahamsen hosted at his home the night before he was killed.
Florida investigators say Logue and her boyfriend, Jason Andrews, traded dozens of text messages in May about their plans to kill the man before he was bludgeoned him to death with a sledgehammer.

Authorities said that while Logue was inside "servicing" the 41-year-old Abrahamsen, Andrews waited outside, waiting for word to attack, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
"I'm so glad you're really commited (sic) to this take. Keep eyes for a knife, etc for me!" Andrews said in a text message to Logue, according to records obtained by the Tampa Bay Times.
Logue texted back, saying she wanted to have sex with Andrews "after we kill" Abrahamsen, the Times reported.
"Just get him on his face either bash or tell me to get in and where to go," Andrews texted, according to the Tampa Bay Tribune.
Andrews, 28, pleaded guilty to a first-degree murder in January and agreed to spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole, the Times reported.
Logue is being held at the Pasco County Jail.

Well, there's goes my plans for next weekend.
The article doesn't state whether Logue was sentenced with possibility for parole. I don't understand how Andrews got the sentencing he did while Logue pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder; the texts state that it was clearly premeditated on both their ends.
Second degree murder i think is 35 to life in fl., so she can get parole, but its going to be awhile. i don't get what is the motive? No info on why they felt such a need to kill this guy.
I guess we'll have to google the local news paper to get the full story. Hate these half-baked reporting.
Maybe she got murder 2 because she didnt physically kill him, but let her boyfriend in and he actually did it. That's the only reason I can think of
How stupid do you have to be to put your criminal plans on the phone? Or use a phone in commission of any crime ? The Police can track you, trail you, convict you all with your phone. Crazy
This is part of what is wrong with the justice system. Why did they need to plea bargain her down to 2nd degree murder? They have the phone messages to prove that she and her boyfriend planned and executed this murder. Pure and simple premeditation, they both get full life sentences no plea bargain. Nasty little deals made with nastier criminals and for what? They'll throw someone in prison for 25 years for smoking pot and getting caught three times while letting child molesters and violent criminals walk the streets over and over again. Who is actually protecting us?
Wow, for a bisexual female porn star this sentence was basically a free Club Med vacation for 40 years. Free room and board, ... and an unending stream of sex partners, both inmates and guards.

No contradiction at all...considering that 97% of inmates are religious, it seems to be par for the course. Besides, if you take a look at the morals the good book actually teaches, this is totally expected. You know, like kill the heretics and homosexuals, offer up your daughter for gang rape, pray to god to maul 42 some-odd children for teasing a man, kill your son to prove your faith, etc. It's probably where they got the idea from in the first place.
