Federal agents in Minnesota are pleading with the public to help identify a teen who may be in danger with other youths.

"We believe the pictured individual is at risk and may need law enforcement assistance, but may not be able to request it," ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer told msnbc.com on Friday.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Minneapolis released still photos from online video showing a dark-haired male teen.
"We believe that if we can identify him, we can remove multiple young people from a dangerous environment," he said.
Neudauer would not comment on the circumstances surrounding the case but said agents discovered images of the teen during a separate investigation.
“We believe he lived or may have lived in Minnesota or western Wisconsin,” Neudauer said. “It is entirely possible this young man is not currently in Minnesota or Wisconsin, but has either a friend or relative in the area, or recently moved from one of those states.”
Neudauer said the photos are still shots from an online video. In the photograph, the teen is pictured wearing a blue and red Minnesota Twins T-shirt. Other details released by ICE:
- The teen is between ages 13 and 19
- Photos were taken in a basement
- The photos are no more than 18 months to 24 months old, based on the Minnesota logo and when it first appeared in the market (July 2010) – also, it appears faded from several washings.
“Tips have been coming in and we have a good number of leads, but we’re still investigating the case,” he said.

You never know he may have wandered into something related to a political conspiracy where he lives and is running and hiding with the information until he has the clout to come forward to destroy those with the information he has collected.
I hope they find him and bring him home to his family.
His plight would make for a very interesting storyline.
I bet he is on his way to a see a dead body....maybe through a marsh with leaches along some railroad track is where he will be found.

The article kept repeating "may be in danger" and "endangered" HOW??. Too bad there isn't a bit more details here. Since both photos (one full front face and a side profile) are being shown around..I am certain this boy will be found and I pray the outcome and those with him are positive.
he is a sex slave in a basement taken form another country perhaps...why did the criminals give him a computer? maybe he got his hands on one...somehow...? not sure what else this could be about with the danger issue, serial killer, bullies, sounds like the worry is about him being captive is the best I can gather, they are hoping someone can identify him...or his parents or his origin

They're looking for either two mexican males or could be two black, excuse me, African American males wearing hoodies. Both sort of tall and kind of short. Thought to have brown eyes.
The kid is in a basement? The basement is being used for storage? The machines in the background look like from maybe the insides of a gas pump or maybe the insides of a gambling machine. Could they simply be for the homes AC and heating? Some type of pumps for residential or commercial use, common to which areas of the country? The location of the upright support beams seems to be very close to a wall and is odd. Why do they need support so close to a wall? The boy in one picture looks like his hands are tied behind him (very scary). I am not 100% sure this is a basement. I see the steel pipe beams most commonly used to support the first floor. These support beams can also be used to support any structure with an upstairs or heavy load above. What is above the steel support beams? The beams can also be found in garages. That beam can be dated to a certain year or period of construction. I bought some like that about ten years ago and now if you buy them they have a different metal on the top and may even be a different thickness. Every little detail might help like/by dating the year of the structure and type of contents. We need to figure out what those machines are in the background for more clues. Obviously, he is either being victimized or is a perpetrator. I pray for the best.

sounds to me like they just need a name to go with the face, cant do their jobs and detect something so asking public for info without having to really ask but make up a sad scary tale in hopes someone would want to be a hero and save the child from certain danger, when he probally is just wanted for a crime.
ICE wants him because his in serious trouble with Feds that what people been saying on CNN comments and its not about Hacking at all.

With everyone using the term 'At Risk' for nearly every immaginable thing from murder to poison ivy to lack of career skills and global warming, it makes it quite difficult to put the above teenager into any recognizable scenario.
I can symapthize for the investigators who may have strong concerns and little to go on, but some slight hint of how this teen and others connected to him may be 'at risk' would be helpful.
Read between the lines the kid is in serious trouble with ICE/Feds his going to be arrest for something I fill sorry for him.
could be an older shirt, could be current with the kid wearing old shirt. could be the kid's pulling a stunt. could be the kid is a crack or fetal alcohol baby judging by how far apart his eyes are. Possibly inbred also..
