Police in West Hartford, Conn., have arrested a second man who's accused of taking videos up women's skirts as they shopped in grocery stores.
The latest incidents happened Friday afternoon inside the Stop and Shop on Farmington Avenue.
Police arrested Rodolfo Tamaniz-Cruz, 25, who also goes by at least one other name, after employees noticed him following women closely around the store and setting a backpack down as he pretended to shop, according to police. Tamaniz-Cruz placed a cell phone in that backpack and recorded videos of eleven women under their skirts as they unknowingly shopped, said police.

"In light of yesterday's incident from Whole Foods they thought it might have some similarities so they called us," said Sgt. Michael Alquist of the West Hartford police.
Tamaniz-Cruz was the second person arrested for such a crime in two days.

On Thursday, West Hartford police arrested Giovanni Geronilla, 34, after workers noticed him following women around the Whole Foods on Raymond Road. Geronilla placed his cell phone inside a shopping basket and took videos under the skirts of six women, said police.
"Just be aware of your surroundings and who and what's around you," said Sgt. Alquist.
Both men now face voyeurism and breach of peace charges.
Police are now trying to track down the victims seen in the videos.

You all do know that using more then 1 name is totally legal common law practice.. You may use, right out of the blue, any name you wish for the purpose of changing your name. In most places, yes you do have to be honest about your given name during an investigation but having more then 1 name dose not constitute deception or trying to hide something.

I find it despicable that you will whine about soldiers having benefits like the ones you assume are all free, when we have prisoners in this country that have more benefits. Go to jail get your GED, College Degree, most of your medical ailments (real or imagined) taken care of at tax payer expense. Why does a prisoner need work out equipment, basketball courts, libraries, tv's, etc.? It's interesting that you should mention the military. The expression "young, dumb, and full of cum" is an expression that was commonly used in the military to refer to stupid young men who let their penises do their thinking for them and end up getting themselves in trouble, as these two young men did. That is where I learned the expression, and the fact that you seem unfamiliar with it tells me you have never served in the military. Am I right?
Maybe we need to go back to the Scarlet Letter days.
