A woman sought by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in an investigation into child pornography videos.
Federal agents are looking for the public’s help in identifying a woman wanted for her alleged involvement in the production of child pornography. They are hoping her identification can lead to the rescue of at least two children.
A "Jane Doe" arrest warrant was issued for the suspect in federal court in the District of Columbia this week.
The woman is believed to be involved in pornographic videos featuring herself and an unidentified man engaging in sexual contact with two children, one thought to be 5 to 7 years old and the other 3 to 5 years old, according to a news release from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

“Jane Doe” is described by federal agents as a Caucasian female, 25 to 35 years old, with a medium build, dark brown hair and blue eyes, with a large mole on the back of her left thigh.
Although her whereabouts are unknown, investigators believe she lives somewhere in the United States.
Agents in Los Angles discovered the videos while investigating an unrelated child pornography case, according to the news release.
That material was submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the national clearinghouse for child sexual exploitation material. The center, according to ICE, has not yet identified or rescued the child victims.
Homeland Security Investigations, a division of ICE, is requesting that anyone with information about “Jane Doe” contact the agency immediately through the ICE tip line, 866-347-2423, or online at www.ice.gov/tips/.

Jane Doe was probalby being forced into this horrible situation by her sick husband or another sick criminal. women are not perfect, but they are not as sick as the men when it comes to perversions. These sickos are making this junk because there are a lot more sickos who buy it.
There is a ton of free porn between consenting adults being made every day and most if it is only a few clicks away, why would anyone support the making of child abuse trash.

Larue, you sound like you are coming from a feminist perspective. It's always men's fault and women are always victims. Back in the 80's feminist groups decried child porn as the worst form of male oppression of females. They knew boys were abused too but that didn't matter. Then the biggest child porn purveyors in Europe were busted and a woman was found to be the ringleader. Suddenly child porn was no longer a feminist issue. It became clear that many of the children exploited in child porn were sold into prostitution by their mothers. The fact that the feminist movement doesn't condemn abusive mothers smacks of a profound and destructive hypocrisy.
It's no wonder American women kill more of their own children than any other mothers in the industrialized world.

I don't care if her life was threatened Larue. NOTHING should be more important than protecting the children of this world. I believe that part of our responsibility...as adults... is to protect children as much as we can. I, personally, would take death over sexually abusing a child and anyone else who wouldn't is just a weak, pathetic person.
Why do you think a man forced her to do this? I for one am sick and tired of women thinking that women can not do the same thing if not worst to kids. Remember the Sandra Cantu case? Who committed the rape and crime? A woman by the name of Melissa Huckaby. She was not forced by a man, she did this herself. Bryan, This site has always had a slightly left leaning (I know understatement), but as I'm a moderate (and I do mean middle of the road, politically speaking), I could ignore it. However, in the past year, more or less, it has become more and more blatantly liberal loony lefty. I have yet to figure out who they think they are kidding, especially when they go about deleting sensible posters in lieu of crappy, ignorant, loopy posters.

I'm with you Angela and bryan. Seems like some really intelligent posts were deleted. There's no record of them on their Newsvine page so one has no way to judge why they were deleted. Comments to a deleted post are unavailable too, except for the first sentence. MSNBC censorship sucks. Oops! Can I say that? I'll probably get deleted.
I would hope that with a picture of decent quality, someone would recognize her and turn her in.
I'd like to thank the majority of you for swooping in and fighting Larue's comment. There will always be those that think only evil can be committed by men. I will also say most feminists are like her. There are a few true ones that want equality, but most just want more rights for women... at the detriment of men. There's a movement by men (the Masculinist Movement) that seeks to cover things like abortion and the like (IE, make it so men don't have to pay for a child they don't want), but for all intents and purposes, it's pretty much ignored.
True equality can never come without the two forces of Feminism and Masculinism coming together and working out their issues. One side has all the attention (Feminism), and the other is treated as a bunch of desperate whiners (Masculinism), so I don't see true equality ever coming very soon in that regard. I do know however no one is afraid to blame men for all the evils in the world, and the fact the comment above wasn't deleted shows that. Freedom of speech is only so free, afterall.
As for the woman above? It's going to bring a lot to light that a lot of the children being put into porn are being prostituted by their mothers. I wonder how many times we'll have to uncover that fact before people finally get that women are just as guilty as men in all of this?

This is a problem that needs to be taken very seriously. Perhaps if law enforcement would focus on trying to infiltrate and arrest these perverts instead of wasting their resources on marijuana busts and spending 5 years investigating alleged escort services, they could make some serious headway in this awful problem.

No this proves Darwin right. Evolution is not always forward, it can be backwards too. It only works properly when one member of a species has a distinct advantage and thereby reproduces many more times than the other members of the species. Natural selection was stopped cold by the Industrial Revolution, now every member of the species contributes back into the gene pool. Because the species regresses this proves his theory as much as a species advancing. Essentially our gene pool is stagnant. When bad genes show up those people are just as likely to reproduce, if not more likely, than those with good genes. That's still evolution, just not the kind we want.
All you hear every day on TV & Radio is either Music or news.. most of the time bad bad bad but you will never hear someone reminding you every day: what did you do today to be a good servant to God or what did you do today to make a difference in your life or someone else life or something to be proud of or a good change in a positive way!

Why in the hell is ICE handling this? They've been given a lot of work for such a small department. ICE has been taking down copyright infringing websites, capturing and deporting illegals and now this? You would think the government would have a special unit for these kind of cases. I mean ICE does stand for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Of all the jobs in law enforcement, I think this is the one I'd want the least. Not that it's not among the most honorable work out there, but having to actually watch the videos and see the things that these kids have to go through would probably make me physically ill. Plus, it would probably take more restraint than I have in me to make sure that the perpetrators of these acts didn't accidentally fall out of the car that was bringing them into the station. At 70 mph. Several times.
Like another episode of Law & Order SVU.

Stuff like this shouldn't even happen in make believe land. I sadly know that evil is amongst us and it happens oh so tragically in real life, but to write a TV show about is almost as disgusting. Why would you research it, then come up with a scenario about it, unless you were thinking about it? A reasonable, sane mind would NOT. It doesn't make for good script, and any Hollywood writer who writes, publishes or otherwise is involved in this type of material, should be put down like a rabid dog, film at 11.
Let me address that, as I write L&O SVU scripts. Let me point out first of all that the focus is not the crime itself, but the victims' reactions to it, law enforcement's reactions to it, popular opinion, and the current trend of laws that deal with it.
There are a lot of people out there who do these things. By writing a show based on why it happened and what the victims reactions are, it helps other people recognize those same symptoms in their neighbor, their child's friend, the woman in the supermarket with dark glasses, the student in school with bruises. The little girl who screams when you touch her, the teenager who always wears long pants and longsleeved shirts even in the middle of summer.
It also highlights how far the laws have come--and how far they still have to go. It highlights the technologies currently in use to combat and defeat child pornographers, makes people aware of the resources available out there if you yourself are a victim and don't know where to turn.
Sexual abuse of children is a horrible, and horrifying, crime. But it was largely unknown until the late 80s, and shows like L&O: SVU help not only current victims find a way out, but they also help people who have been suffering from the psychological consequences of unreported abuse in their own childhoods find peace.
I write for the show not because of the money, but because, in writing about others, I can work through some of my own issues and find peace. Listening to Olivia counsel the victims on TV helped me at a time when I was dealing with some pretty dark issues myself and I couldn't get counseling. I consider myself a more empathetic person and I write because the messages in my words, my stories, might help others in the same situation.
Have you ever seen an episode of the show? The lead detective, Olivia Benson, was herself a child of rape, and she struggled with that and her mother's resultant alcoholism. Because of her background and past she's able to draw on her own experiences, feelings, to reach out and help thise who have also been abused, raped, molested, and particularly children who have found out they too are the child of rape.
There was one episode, titled '911', where a little Latino girl named Maria called 911 to report a man abusing her. Olivia was on the phone with her practically all day waiting for the techs to trace where the call was coming from, but the phone battery died before they could get past the arsenal of gadgets the pedophile/child pornographer put on his phone so it wouldn't be traced. They managed to pinpoint the neighborhood, then went out to look for the little girl, and caught the pedophile based on the description little Maria gave Liv on the phone before the battery died. And they finally found the little girl too--he'd found out she called the police, knocked her out with chloroform, stuffed her in a bag full of clothes and buried her--Olivia dug her up and conducted CPR and saved her life. It's one of the most powerful episodes they've ever done, and it won Mariska Hargitay an Emmy, I believe.
Because of Mariska's involvement with the show she's sought and gotten rape counseling certification, and she's started her own rape crisis counseling nonprofit--the Joyful Heart Foundation.
And it's not just TV scripts and stories--I recommend you find a music video on YouTube from singer Martina McBride called 'Concrete Angel'. (and then I recommend 'Independence Day' and 'God's Will.')A very powerful message, and one that, if you think people who write and sing about these issues are themselves 'sick', these videos might help you understand a little more about our motives and intentions.

Thanks for that. The way you responded to my rant, maybe before an episode of this nature, a disclaimer could be played before the show, and more people would actually understand and maybe help prevent this sick, horrible crime. Anything that crosses state lines is now jointly the jurisdiction of the FBI and Homeland Security.
Since the National Communications Center and the National Cyber Security Center are two of the departments who have been added to the Homeland Security umbrella (and are included in DHS's $98 billion budget) they would have been the ones who found out about it and be the ones spearheading the investigation.
Anything related to the Internet and computer crimes basically are now investigated by DHS/ICE. DVD piracy/bootleg videos, emailed bomb threats and hacking cyber-attacks are now handled either wholly or partially by DHS. They are the 'Internet police'.
