A man was charged over the weekend with shooting at a Chicago-area mosque, in what an Islamic group described as a disturbing act of violence, according to a local report.
The man, David Conrad, 51, lives near the mosque in suburban Morton Grove, according to authorities, The Chicago Tribune reported.
Police charged Conrad with three counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm and one count of criminal damage to property, the Tribune reported. Police, have confiscated a" high-velocity air rifle" from Conrad's home, the newspaper added.
Officers earlier went to the Muslim Education Center to investigate a complaint that a projectile hit the building in the Chicago suburb of Morton Grove on Friday night, Morton Grove police Chief Mark Erickson told Reuters in a phone interview.

A security guard heard a projectile hit the outside wall of the mosque and police who responded were told pellets had previously been fired through the windows of the center, Erickson said.
"It's important to note that no injuries were reported from any of these incidents," he said.
Outrage, calls for action over anti-Muslim military course
The Chicago office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) said on Saturday that worshippers had heard shots fired at the building on Friday night.
"We are gravely concerned that we are seeing the rising level of Islamophobic rhetoric in our society translate into violent behavior," CAIR-Chicago executive director Ahmed Rehab said in a statement.
Dueling in Dearborn over Muslim woman's murder
Islamic institutions seeking to open in some parts of the United States in recent years have faced local opposition that Muslim groups and civil rights advocates have decried as dangerous examples of religious intolerance.
In Tennessee on Friday, the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro opened to prayer services after a two-year fight that saw opposition to the mosque become a surprise issue in a Tennessee Republican Congressional primary.

If you consider yourself a Christian, please remember to always ask yourself WWJD and then follow his example. If you can picture Jesus shooting at a Mosque or at another person, then you are NOT a Christian.
Well when everybody starts jumping on the ban guns bandwagon remember this BB guns on steroids aren't cover by firearms bans.
People like Bachman create hysteria among the masses with her witch hunt just to garner more funding to finance her campaign for office. Her ilk should be removed from public office and black balled from ever holding a public office for the rest of her/their lives.
As for the person shooting at a masque this is what it is. White trash who has a phobia created by mass hysteria not to mention a tinge of racism created by the Bush II era. The same thing happened during WWII and the Korean War as well. We villainise all who we oppose but expect our masses to act with civility to those who are also citizens of America. When does this vicious circle of hate stop? Is it not time for Bush II and Cheney to be put on trial for crimes against humanity?
If we as Americans allowed the World Court to move forward I would bet $1K that our phobic Americans would stop this nonsense and crawl back to their dark places from which they came. We as Americans should be ashamed of ourselves for permitting this to happen like in TN, NY and other parts of this country. We are not a democracy but a tyrannic group of sheep.
Let's see, they jump all over this because some guy fired a pellet gun at a mosque. Meanwhile, they practically ignore the daily occurrences of shootings and killings by the gangbangers. How many dead are lying on the streets this weekend? More political correctness? Another agenda?
@lynseypug
Amen to that!
Whether it's a pellet gun or a rifle, this kind of behavior is unacceptable against any religion in America. This shooting was a shameful act and this man must be prosecuted.
When I go into a bar I always ask myself WWJF as I am looking over the girls.
Islamic institutions seeking to open in some parts of the United States in recent years have faced local opposition that Muslim groups and civil rights advocates have decried as dangerous examples of religious intolerance.
You mean like how the Bible is outlawed in Saudi Arabia or how you can't build a church in 90% of the Muslim controlled countries in the Middle East? That kind of religious intolerance?
Willy must live in one of those gated communities. He obviously isn't living in the real world.
NVArt - yes, exactly like that. That's precisely the kind of religious intolerance we're talking about here. The only difference being that we aren't Saudi Arabia. Let's act like it.
Well Scabby, we aren't, at least not yet.
We are gravely concerned that we are seeing the rising level of Islamophobic rhetoric in our society translate into violent behavior," CAIR-Chicago executive director Ahmed Rehab said in a statement.
Hmmmm....guess it doesn't feel too good now that the shoe is on the other foot, does it Mr. Rehab?
I grew up on a Native American Rez with elders who still retained their childhood memories of the 'Indian' wars and relocation, of treaties broken. 60 years ago was not that long ago for them, in the 60's. Put yourself in their shoes, if you dare. We are the usurpers, the terrorists of the past, the border insurgents. If anyone can claim the right to be 'leukophobic' in the United States of America it would be them. Their very rich, and often only heritage was to memorize and live in their dreams and future stories these words handed down from their elders about their history. They were repeated so often, the accuracy was credible.
My point is, then we were the takers - the terrorists and, oh well, what the he11. It's was us the U.S. We were entitled? Now, apparently, some think we are entitled to assume these brown skinned people who came here to have a better life, as did we (despite who we had to displace and kill), are terrorists and we don't need proof.
No wonder other countries don't like us. We appear to be bullies. It's very sad, because I know most of us are not.
Peace out!
lynseypug -
i didn't see christianity mentioned anywhere in this article. you're a bit presumptious to bring it up...
I might be wrong, but I think it is implied in the white separatist ideology, if, indeed, it was someone representing them who shot at the mosque...
Just sayin'...
Well, let's see EXACTLY what Jesus "would" do...Oh, wait...we have a WHOLE BOOK on that subject.
It's called the Revelation of Jesus Christ. It's that really complicated thing in the back of the book...and if you check, you find out that there is a whole lot of dying going on...judgements on the world and on the religion of the "beast"...
You ask "what would Jesus do"...well, He already did it. And What should we do? We're already doing it.
The question is not what Jesus would do when faced with a religion bent on destruction of all Christendom and forcing of our people into false worship from the teachings of a false prophet...the question is WHAT ARE we going to do when they start blowing themselves up in OUR churches, in OUR schools, in OUR subways...because by then it will be too late. We will do the only thing left...we will do exactly what Jesus did;
We will die.
Intellect-1949393
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you Intellect-1949393 are as guilty of stereotyping as you proclaim others to be.
Where may I ask did the article note the alleged "shooters" race or housing accommodations.
Those broad brushes certainly do paint a wide swath when they paint the painter don't they? Or is that too difficult for you to see?
Anrkist 1.8
Gee, I shudder to think what your idea of the "real world" is.
XDm when events occur such as this are usually the culprits I mentioned. I can direct you to TN, NY and other states where these out lashes have happened against those who follow another faith belief system we associate with our enemies and it has been white. I believe those actions are more along the lines of stereotyping that anything you have tried to espouse on and "paint with a broad brush" as stated in your comment. I have noticed over more than a half century of life and working with Muslims they are good people and all are not villains. The same can be said for the Christian, Jewish and other mainstream faiths in our country.
As for myself I follow Traditional Ways of my Elders which has no room for intolerance towards any Christian faith but would be justified with historical facts of American History to provide the nexus for intolerance. So as you see I have no dog in the Christian Wars on intolerance in America.
Agree with lynseypug. Also, Michelle Bachmann should be asked to leave Congress, because she is instigating these actions. She makes it clear that she doesn't understand other people from other countries (which that is what America is all about) and is not fit for office. Neither is Rick Santorum who made disparaging remarks about Islam and its people. The extremism is not what we need in our government. All of them in Congress need to take a trip to Afghanistan to spend time with the Taliban--one religion, anti-women's rights, no birth control, no anything for anyone except their corrupt leaders.
We missed a perfect opportunity to reinstate the draft when Bush asked for and Congress gave approval to invade Iraq. Every U.S. citizen 18 to 29 would have been eligible except for those with physical disabilities. No exemptions for Mormon missionary work. No exemptions for marital status. No exemptions for any public or government sector jobs. Quakers and individuals with a well documented pacifist history could be assigned to clerical or support roles. The first draftees would come from the families of members of the administration and Congress. With plenty of manpower available no preferential treatment would need to be given and college educated draftees would be as likely to end up in combat units as the poor and less fortunate. Any attempts by anyone to secure a non-combat position for an individual enrollee would be treated as treason.
I wonder if Congress would have still approved the resolution to invade or if the American public still would have supported it with that little rider attached?
Well Alicia this is America and your view is not the only one that counts. The voters in other states vote for their representative. Or do we now have to run all of our choices past you before we vote? An Independent.
I am only a Christian by birth and upbringing. Yet I too agree with your sentiment.
Unfortunately, when people get frightened enough, they forget such precepts as the rule of law, or the Christian directive to "love thy neighbor.".
Today, due to the economy, the 9/11 attacks, and a host of other things, a lot of people are frightened. It can almost be mathematically predicted that some small number will crack and do something terrible, such as this Sikh Temple shooting.
No lonereb...her opinion is not the only one that counts....but it DOES COUNT.
EXCUSE ME, PEOPLE, but NOWHERE does the shooter claim to be Christian. So SHUT UP with your attacks on Christians. Easy to attack them because you KNOW they won't attack you back.
QUIT CONFUSING THE REPUBLICAN PARTY WITH CHRISTIANS!!! They ARE NOT THE SAME.
Lou777777777777, I just read through all the posts on this thread, beginning with Alicia's (message 3.0). Nowhere do I see any attacks against Christians.
Nowhere is Christianity attacked.
Please try and read more than every other word before responding. Don't be afraid use the dictionary.
Would somebody please point out to these idiots that Muslims in this country are here because they like America and Western values. They are overwhelmingly moderate, decent people. The Muslims that hate America reject Western values, and want to live where fundamentalist Islam dictates people's behavior. If you want to shoot the people who hate America, you need to go overseas. Here is the link to join the Army: www.goarmy.com
Denny, Maybe you should read up a little before you spout your ignorance. Two books I recommend can give you some insight. "Future Jidad" by Walid Phares and "Hatreds Kingdom" by Dore Gold. These will give you the basics on how the Wahabbist Islamics which are supported and paid for by Saidi Arabia are determined to subjugate the world. Saudi Arabia also finances the Taliban, Al Quida, and the Muslim Brotherhood. Of course the Bush family has been very tight with the Saudis for decades and do all they can to promote the Saudi hatred of the west.
Do either of those conservative authors make the case with proof that the majority of American muslims are violent radicals who want to subjugate the rest of the world? If not, your name dropping random books has no relevance to Denny's post.
The fact that muslim majority countries are extremely violent is the only proof that needs to be used. No books can speak more clearly than that and I am most definitely NOT conservative.
scabby... Research; Nonie Darwish, Dr Wafa Sultan, Alyaan Ali Hirsi and many more... they will tell you the truth about who is here, who is coming and why!
Again, let's not put "all muslims" in one bunch. That is prejudice pure and simple. "The truth about who is here?" Putting all people of one group in any category is stereotyping and racist. You can't put all blacks, whites, Christians, or anyone in any a group like that. To do it based on "research" or "books" or the belief that "muslim majority countries are extremely violent?" Please, people, our country is extremely violent. Our history is extremely violent.
Wait a minute, shelly...
you "progressives" always put people in a group when it suits you...
Like Obama, who complains about Americans clinging to their "bibles and their guns"...
lumping the TEA Party with militia groups and racist groups.
Why don't you actually read CURRENT EVENTS and SEE exactly how many wars and genocides are going on...see exactly what countries they are in and who the instigators are.
If you eliminate all the MUSLIM based violence, the world is a relatively peaceful place...
(here I pause and wait for your hypocritical accusations of America being the reason for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan....)
I wonder if the charges would be the same if he shot at a church or synagogue.
No
What charges? They wouldn't even be filed.
I'm betting that if you fired even a high powered air rifle at a church, or a synagogue, you'd be charged with something.
The actual charge might depend on context and jurisdiction.
yes

Your links were very relevant, cleek.
I wonder if the charges would be the same if he shot at a Village Inn or Waffle House?
We can't let thugs in our society drag it down with distorted ideals and such actions. On the other hand it is high time to revisit our immigration policy.Other than taking highly educated people from around the world we need no new blood. The days of tired poor huddled masses is LONG over.Frankly we do not need any more infusion of anyone from africa, the middle east,or asia.We have a dearth of northern europeans,as our small culture gets outbred, including by those who seek refuge here
Translation: Immigration to the U.S. should be for whites only.
You sure wear your bigotry with pride, don't you?
We need to stop immigration all together. We have a shortage of water and food. States are fighting each other the water now. Even the areas surrounded by water have contaminated sources and many cities and towns are having to truck in bottled water for their citizens.
RESOURCES ARE FINITE.
@Re@son@ble in MD, They are his thoughts to think (on immigration). He has condemned the man's actions in his very first sentence. Thoughts without actions are just that:THOUGHTS. You nor me nor anyone else can, nor should be able to control them. He is entitled to his thoughts just as you are entitled to yours (but you put a negative value on his thoughts and denigrated him for it). No one is The Thought Police.......yet!
pained, speaking of the white guy, or its the victims fault again. geez
scrimin, nonsensical rant.
This is a comment thread. We comment. You comment. If it's stupid...i will call it that. No Thought Police needed for that.
Calling my comment nonsense without stating why you think so makes you an idiot. I gave reasons why immigration should be halted. They stand true.
Tell me why my reasons are nonsense. I'm not ranting, I made truthful statements to back up my opinion.
"reasonable in Md' the world isn't being overrun by white taxpayers.Bigotry.If you don't like your own tribe best there is something wrong with you
Well, for the reasons your stated, screminmimi, we might want some immigrants that can show their neighbors how to survive with little water and food. They might have some insights coming from their country of orgin. Try talking to some, you might learn something.
@pained1
Denigrating other 'tribes' is not the same as liking your own. Trying to make yourself appear to be superior by putting someone else down is below the laces, if you know what I mean. It's people like you who keep prejudice alive and well. Let's flip the coin; if you don't like it you can always go back to Europe. I like to consider my 'tribe' the human race.
But feel free to limit yourself.
Bigot: a person who is obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices; especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance
The real problem with Muslims in America is that they remain silent on the topic of Islamic extremism that drives violence in other parts of the world. The Islamic extremists who preach jihad and indiscriminate violence against anyone who doesn't surrender to their vision of a society built around Islamic precepts make extensive use of media resources to spread their message of hatred and violence. But so called moderate Muslims, like those who may live in America or other modeate Muslim countries, seem to be reluctant to criticize their more violent brethren. This leaves the impression that the moderates are supportive of the extremists. Now some of these moderates in America are compalining about "Islamophobia," but where are their criticisms of the jihadists who want nothing more than to kill Americans? If these modeate Muslims truly love America, then they need to stop complaining about "Islamophobia" and call out the extremists who threaten Americans.
The real problem with Muslims in America is that they remain silent on the topic of Islamic extremism
that is patently untrue.
cleek -
Please reference articles where Muslims in America have voiced objections about Islamic extremism and the violence against Christians in other countries and against their fellow Muslims in other countries, as I see that statement by gbard1 all the time on the Vine.
Here you go: http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/features-the-religion-world/2010/03/19/american-muslim-groups-condemn-call-for-jihad-against-u-s/
The references of Muslim's objectioning to Extremists is voluable. Use your favorite, or even non-favorite, search engine to look them up, or do you just use a computer to make patently false statements, gbard1. I suggest you stop listening to only one news channel, do your own research and lastly get a life.
gbard1,
I don't think that's a fair claim. You could say similar things about Christians not speaking out against anti-abortion violence. Or Catholic leaders regarding child molestation by priests.
Part of that is perception too. We don't always hear "news" that isn't newsworthy. Virtually everyone is against violent extremism. Maybe you expect the media to seek out the Muslim community for comment. Maybe you expect Muslim leaders to invite news cameras into their mosques when they talk to their people about such things. For one thing, how many people would even recognize a "noted Muslim Leader" if he appeared on the news? There is no "Muslim Pope" or otherwise well known "Muslim spokesperson". For another, I'm not so sure it is even in their best interests to be bringing attention upon themselves. Do you expect every Muslim to be calling a press conference or think they'd get media attention if they did? The point is that just because you aren't aware of it, doesn't mean "they are silent".
I think you are talking about how you perceive things and I'm not so sure you could even define what you would like to see to make you happy. Do you want to see some big Muslim rally about peace? What's the odds that it would be misinterpreted by some? The bottom line is that a show of Muslim unity would be viewed by some as a threat. Some Muslum leaders wanted to make a statement by building a multi-faith, multi-cultural community center to promote peace and talk about uniting people post 9/11 and it got turned into "the ground zero mosque"! Here's a case of some Muslims wanting to make a big statement condeming 9/11 but it gets interpreted as wanting to build a "victory memorial". After that huge fiasco, I think if I were Muslim, I'd think twice about saying much of anything!
Some of us Christians speak out and criticize the extremist Christians, and we get flagged as flaming liberal atheists! But when we don't speak out, does it automatically mean we support these extremists?
The facts are that information regarding some Muslims in this country with extremist leanings has come to authorities from within the Muslim Community. I believe there is ample evidence to debate your claim, but maybe I pay more attention than you do.
There is a problem when we talk about religions and something associated with them. In virtually every religion there are segments within them that have some distorted views of what their religion stands for. But it is the extremists who tend to be the ones speaking out while the rest "remain silent". I think there are a lot of examples of where a "silent majority" exists, but rarely gets attention. That doesn't mean the majority support the views of a handful of radical extremists.
Thank you, TIDubai. This comes up a lot.
Subscribe to a Muslim newspaper, periodical, magazine.
Sure, Jesus never carried an air rifle, but Jesus also never tried to build a church building in a Muslim neighborhood -- or especially in a Muslim country. Jesus carried his message to the streets and to whoever would listen to him. Muslims don't carry their message to the streets, except to show the world their own intolerance of other religions by killing Christians in predominantly Muslim countries. It is really no wonder they are not readily accepted in the US at this point in time.
math, check your history, I think the Muslims of the Christ's day were Romans. If you are a true Christian then follow his admonition: Love thy neighbor, not the neighbor of your choosing.
There were no Muslims alive when Jesus was alive. They came along in the 12th century BCE. And they primarily kill each other.
Jesus never lived.....soooooo.....................
Sorry I couldn't help myself.
Mathuin: You post spin. Overplayed by the media to keep you and your kind hot.
There are many, many moderate, and, yes, even liberal Muslims. Ever hear of the Sufis. They are the Muslims being persecuted in Mali by the fanatic thugs who claim to represent Sharia Law, but are the furthest thing from Islamic jurisprudence or morality that exists. I'm a Hindu who works alongside Muslim Americans and they oppose the fundamentalist mentality. No matter how many Muslims speak out against fundamentalist extremists there are elementw within American society will automatically assume ALL Muslims are guilty or need to be distrusted. Michelle Bachman and her cohort of right wing bigots should be impeached for the hatred they promote within the halls of Congress. How many Christians speak out against such bigotry promoted by such folks against not only Muslims, but against Buddhists, Jews, Sikhs, Hindus or members of other minority faiths. Obviously there's a double standard at work here...

It very easy to tell when a poster knows nothing of the subject they comment on, they just spout off with crap that has no value or sense to it. Such as the one you just made. I would almost swear you are 12, you sound just like some young kid I know, and he's an ignorant uneducated loudmouth.
It is so unbelievable that pure ignorance, builds such hate in people. If people would only stop and educate themselves, most of the “haters” of this world would find that they so uneducated to the people of the world. This mind set that, “my God is better than your God”, is absolutely ridiculous on every level of reasoning. I am Gods eyes, I am Gods hands, I am Gods voice, I am Gods love, I am Gods compassion, I am Gods empathy, I am Gods values, I am Gods morals, I am Gods heart, I am Gods soul; I am suppose to spread all the good of God in my life. Almost every single religion in this entire world, spreads that message. Where is your God if you are spreading and spewing hate?!?!?!?
I couldn't agree more. Go Kim.
They claim religious intolerance yet their own holy book says that all infidels must be killed? Wow really?
The goal of Islam is to take over all forms of government and install Sharia law, that includes this country as well in case you stupid liberal nut jobs haven't quite figured that out yet.
Clearly the constitution's intension's do not allow for a third world ideology to take over our country and our government, imposing an antiquated out of date brain washing ideology of Sharia law. This is why the constitution clearly explains that the separation of church and state must be adhered too. There is no possible way for Islam to adhere to the rules of our constitution.
Look at all the other countries that the Muslim Brotherhood as already assimilated, do we really want that to happen here?
Islam is not a religion it's a cult and is also an abomination on this planet which needs to be removed from this country along with it's disgusting mosques.
By definition, all religions are "cults".
Please look it up in any dictionary or on-line.
Crown: The Quran does not condone killing for any reason. The Quran makes no separation of the sexes, what is for man, is for women. No difference. What you read/hear is media stories picked up for sensationalism; continued by those who want only to distort and distract. What goes on in other countries is the personal political agenda of a few, much as we have in the U.S. Just like the bible where each group chooses what will be in 'their' bible, so too the Muslim extremists do with the Quran. How Christian leaders decide to misinterpret their bible, the Muslim leaders misinterpret the Quran and spread their agendas. Imagine, people in other countries, believing in their faith, behave the same way as the right-wingers here in the States. We're all the same - humanity surpasses all boundaries. Get it? Humanity everywhere is alike, no matter where they reside. The same.
Yes they do all the time around the world !!! Who do you think wrote the Law in Nigeria to kill all gays !!! The Christian Evangelical missionaries ( Christain Taliban ) !!! This is were the Hate in this country is made !!!
That you are wrong is a major understatement.
I love irony. It is truly a bitter humor. Other muslims bomb and burn Buddhist Shrines, Hindu Temples and Christian Churches. That includes raping and murdering the people in those places, mostly women and children. It is pure irony that CAIR, a large financially supporter of Hamas, the largest distributor of murderer bomb vests, should say,
Hamas has proclaimed that it will kill all Jews in the Middle East and make the Jews and kafar (that is us, all of us) everywhere life in fear.
We seem to be upside down. There is ranting and raving about shooting a BB gun at a mosque or burning a book. Where is the raging when muslims beat fathers to death in front of their children and muslims rape mothers in front of their children. Where is the raving when muslims slaughter whole villages. Where is your laughter when muslims beat young boys senseless, hang them by their shirts on a wall with their pants by their ankles and cut off their boyhood. This is irony, why are you not laughing?
"in what an Islamic group described as a disturbing act of violence"
And what have these islamist cultist have been doing around the world? Promoting peace?
What an oximoron... you have got to be kidding...
in the words of a peaceful islamist who considers himselg an american muslim
we as active american muslims are active citizens who believe in working for change through civil and political engagement out of love for Islam and our country......sharia law, mass beheadings, (((ask danny Pearl))) women as chattel, and no real peace!!!!!!! just some crazy character yelling five times a day and never any peace....wipe out Israel by building mosques every where then becoming the lawyers and judges, then become bankers and speculators, then buy up the media outlets and control the news, then become congressmen and senators, then to make laws to give them a country in the middle east and we pay for them like welfare recipients except they dont have to pay us back, we even give them trillions for an airforce with atomic bombs and an army too!.....then we bomb other countries for them.....sound familiar?
Mm/ Hillbillies in chicago? that`s a stretch of imagination.
sorry ,that was in reply to jstdafacts
Unfortunately it is a reality, there is a communication gal between the two communities. It is one of the major cause many dont have any idea about Muslims and Islam.
The three monotheistic religions have addressed mankind, bringing almost the same message, with a few reservations that are particularly related to rituals. That God is one and man should adore only one God, the Omnipotent and Omniscient, are common to all the three religions. The Day of Judgment is another common feature. Protection of human life and of the right of possession, sharing one’s riches with the poor, seeking peace and justice, praise of God on every occasion, giving thanks to God and praying are some other points shared by these three religions.
The absolute affect of way too much Islamaphobia stirred up to a frenzy by right winged politicians like Michelle Bachmann and Allan West. Our country has become uncivil in the last 10-15 years. Hate no longer comes from the KKK or Neo Nazi's but directly from members of our own government. Our country continues to crash and burn and the work that the politicians should be doing in Washington is left undone and the only thing they have the capability to do is stir up hate. America you better wake up while you still can and start dealing with these people.
Hate is coming from our current administration-wake up
Seems to me....that since Obama insists on supporting commercials that are full of lies, as in the latest debacle charging Mitt Romney with the death of a woman because her husband lost his insurance when he worked at Bain Capital many years after Romney left....then....Obama should be held responsible for this latest act of violence on the mosque..Obama is responsible because he has so severely divided this country, trashed America, bowed to radical leaders, and apologized for and belittled Americans. It is very clear Obama should be held responsible for this man snapping. At least this is the way the Democrats think isn't it?
now there's some right-wing logic for you...
A "high velocity air gun"? Run for the hills, Muslims, it's gonna be a BB gun slaughter! Damn, give him the death penalty! Ban BB guns before another mosque is shot to pieces!!!
Ramadan, Day 24, 202 terror attacks by the religion of pieces, 897 dead. Same time frame, attacks by angry bigots 1, maybe 2 now, 6 dead. 19,413 deadly terror attacks by Muslims since 9/11, tens or hundreds of thousands dead. Never mind libtards, I know you're incapable of grasping the numbers. And, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know ... "Muslim violence is all the fault of the US and Israel". My question, however, and, as always, is whose fault was Muslim violence before the US and or Israel existed?
Cretins.
The Islamic invaders in America are following an agenda in order to follow the requirements of their agressive agenda to convert the world or kill any who refuse to be converted. Any informed person on their religion already knows this. We re given constant reminders every day in the news from the Middle East as provide by the Brotherhood as if their bloody history is not enough.
I can only imagine one reason why an organization would need a professional PR firm to clean up their image in the US and we already know what that is. If the Liberals are so gullible as to believe their futures are safe in the hands of Muslims, then I have to wonder where their common sense is.
The term "Isamicphobia" is a new catch word in order to redirect attention from their brutal cuture. We are to be deceved into thinking we are wrongly afraid of them. We need to be very afraid. This culture is and has always refused to adapt to other people's cultures. Ask the Sikhs for a social reference.Convert or Die.
Lazarus
Larry, you are correct and we have our very own big supporter of the Brotherhood right in our own White House, who sat in a church for over 20 years listening to hate spewed about America and then wants us to believe that he didn't listen.....right, just like not inhaling!
When Islamic leaders in this country start turning in the militants they train in their own mosques, there can never peace. Islam means "submission". Islam can never be trusted. ! Ever...
Hard to believe this happened in Obama country.Hard to believe he got caught. Islam can suck my duck.
Thank you neo-nazi's. You job here is done.
I am ashamed whenever I hear of a so-called "Christian" shooting at or burning mosques. We should be trying to convert Muslims to Christianity through love. They are the true victims of their religion. With regards to letting more of them into our country -- this is a bad idea. No civilization has been able to live peacefully with a Muslim presence. I do not believe that there is any such thing as "moderate" Islam. One only has to read the Qur'an and the hadiths to see that one can never trust anything a Muslim says. Mohammed told his followers that it is OK to lie if it advances Islam and that they will always be in a state of war against any society that does not accept Islam. If a person tells you he is Muslim but that he believes in peace, don't believe him. Muslims are a fifth column in the United States. Before condemning Michele Bachman, who has bravely questioned letting Muslims known to have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood into high government offices requiring secrecy, we should get to know Islam better. Intellect-1949393 is obviously ignorant of what we are up against. But ignorance means he just doesn't know. Most people believe like him, wanting to uphold our American principles of respect for immigrants and their religions. I certainly felt that way until 9-11. Today I realize that Islam is not just another religion. It is a politically totalitarian ideology. If I had my way, most Muslims would have to leave our country. We don't want to become AmerAsia the way Europe has become EurAsia. Every country where Islam has taken over has lost its original way of life. We want to keep what sets us apart from the rest of the world - our Constitution, not Sharia law. Let us remember that the Constitution does not have a suicide clause.
As Dave Hester on Storage Wars says "YUUP!!!!" Islam is a lie and can never be trusted. I truly believe their madness is in their DNA. With todays modern science why not just remove that satanic gene.??
Ishmael,
After reading your post I can understand your shame for obvious attempts to instil your false morals.(with all due respect)
Larry, your brain is the only un-used part of your body.
Ok. I was wrong, Larry, I apologize.
@CallMeIshmael's Sis, Dont call them Chistians or Muslims or Jews. They are hoodlums in the garb of following a religion. Follower of any religion cant be involved in such criminal activity.
CallMeIshmael's Sis writes, "I am ashamed whenever I hear of a so-called "Christian" shooting at or burning mosques." This incident is the first time I heard of any attack in/on a mosque in the United States .... and where does it say this man was a Christian? I did hear about a fire at a mosque about a week ago but as far as I know, no Christian has been charged and insurance fraud is still a possibility.
We are suppose to be the Land of the Free, not the Land of the Dead. I wish people would get a life and leave these poor American Muslims alone. If these people wanted to be involved in war, then they would have already migrated back to their own countries. For the most of us that were borne here in the United States that were founded by our ancestors, wasn't they (our ancestors) also immigrants? This country was founded on the principals that all men are created equally and that we all have a right to worship our GOD. I suppose that includes Muslims. We do not get upset with Hindus having their own worship place, nor do we get upset with how Baptists worship. There is no difference. If people would consider that we all have to breathe in the same kind of air daily and drink water then we would all be happier.
The best cure for cancer is early detection and surgical removal. Baptist do not Honor Kill their children or advocate the killing of sinners, or force a man to kill his own wife on the internet. Take the crap and spread it where the weeds wont grow in our gardern.
Hindus don't fly planes into our buildings. Hindus don't have mass rallies and chant "Allahu Akhbar" when watching more than 3000 people die in an Islamic terrorist attack. Baptists don't strap explosives to themselves and get on a bus loaded with women and children and blow themselves up.
Benjoh is one of those "Naive" americans who really have no clue as to the goals of Islam in America.
