It does not allow anarchy, vandalism or armed conflict. If a person or group is not happy with the current govt., they can join and vote out that party. Unfortunately the law is currently enforced within a political agenda. This has happened under both parties, Today we see it on cable TV all day every day. Kent State was a horrible example of over-reach by the incumbant party. Those people were punished. Voter intimidation without prosecution in Philly. is just as bad. Nothing happened to those involved. I am a republican. I welcome peaceful protest in Miami. It may help re-shape the party platform to be more inclusive. A president must represent ALL the people. That said, if the protestors become violent they should be treated as the criminals they are. When frustration becomes lawlessness then everyone loses.
