They are preparing because the Center for Disease Control is planning to release its virus. The question is how fast is it contained by the Government? The easist way to distribute the virus is through man's biological need. WATER ... That is why they are saying WATER is the next gold.

It looks the plan isn't about saving human life. So don't expect them to come to your rescue unless your somebody important. So stock piling supplies may be your only recourse to save your own life.

So why the reason for all this? One can imagine. One scenario is to test out the virus. Obviously they would not do that unless they have a antidote for it. We may have already seen it happen with those nut jobs who already made the news.

The second senario might be that no one would want to invade America if we have half dead walking zombies around. Other countries will say," NO THANK YOU !!, YOU CAN HAVE IT !!" Or it the virus is placed in countries for biological warfare to control it like the Atomic Bomb had done to Japan.

The public is probably being prep for it through movies. While we go saying how kewl that is through watching cinema. We are actually looking at the realism of Apocalypse. Clean disease free water will become precious.

Once the actions take place. Our own Government will probably turn into a Imperial State. The military and important medical personnel are its greatest assets. They will push anyone out if they rebel. Only the wealthy educated ones and especially those with power will live under this protection. Think East Coast.

The idea is probably already thought out throughly. The goal may be to place it where they can control it. If it gets out of hand, use of the nuclear bomb as a last resort may be neccesary. The idea is to see how fast it spreads and how fast they can contain it. If it is successful. It gives a big advantage over other countries through biological warfare.

Laugh and Mock all you want. The people did that to Moses in biblical times when he was building his ark. No one expects you to believe it. That is how they expect you to react to it. But when the time comes, don't expect them to come save you because they will not did it. If you survive, you will be a considered a rebel.
