A group of teenage girls beat up a mentally disabled woman in Delaware County, Pa., made video of the attack and posted the clip to Facebook, according to Chester police.
In the video, which was obtained and published by the Delco Times, a group of six girls approached the woman, who was sitting on her stoop.
One of the attackers started punching the 48-year-old woman. The attack then moved inside the home, where the teens continued punching her with their fists and hitting her with chairs, among other things.
Police say the beating happened near 12th and Morton Streets Tuesday around 9 p.m. in Chester. The suspects are 16 and 17 years of age.

The victim suffered cuts and bruises on her face but did not get medical help, according to police.
Len Worby, one of the victim's neighbors, told the Delco Times the attack was the second in two weeks.
“She got beat up about two weeks ago,” Worby told the newspaper. “Someone hit her over the head with a gun.”
A local parent saw the video on Facebook Thursday morning and tipped off police.
Police say they tracked down four of the teenage girls in the video. Two of those arrested are sisters, according to the Delco Times. The Associated Press reported they were charged as adults with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, burglary and harassment.
"The parents are upset," one of the officers told the Times. "The girls are defiant. It's like they didn't do anything wrong."
Investigators say they're searching for two more girls who they believe were involved.
"Their behavior is animalistic to this poor woman," Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan told the Times. "We are going to aggressively prosecute each of them for their callous indifference to this woman."

Considering they posted this on Facebook, they most likely did this to say "Look at what badasses we are, and what are the cops going to do to us? Nothing of course, we're minors." I say charge them as adults and give them the cruelest rude awakening ever.

Kids are a product of their environment. Parents probably let the get away with everything and are probably defiant towards the laws themselves. As far as i am concerned the parents of these scums should be prosecuted right along with them. These 6 girls jumping a mentally challenged woman was an act of cowards and it wouldn't surprise me if these punks wind up in jail and get their butts thrashed. THAT would be justice.
Honestly these female monsters really need an attitude adjustment. Their behavior is totally unacceptable. I'd say from experiance that they are most likely the products of single mother homes. Necglected possiblely abused . However there is no excuse for foul cruel behavior such as this. The Idea that they think it's funny and that they did nothing wrong shows a total lack of humanity in each of these girls. it's unlikely any of them will ever improve they consider themselves entitled to this heinous cruel inhuman behavior because of their place in life. They need to blame their parents for this ... They obvioulsy didn't receive enough supervision not to mention love and disipline. Their punishment should be long and sever. I am totall appaled that supposed human beins could do this foul deed and then proudly post it on a social network expecting to receive praise and encouragement from others for this nasty inuman act. Of course they'll claim its all because of their treatment while growing up. But this excuse has to come to an end because people keep using this excuse even thought they know perfectly well they have commited such a foul cowardly act. if allowed tp procreate the visious acts will just continue to become worse and worse. I believe spanking and parental punishment should be brought back. Too many teenagers and young adults do not know right from wrong and feel entitled. There is not respect for places of worship, the disabled, the homeless, animals, the elderly, shootings in schools, the need for metal detectors, etc. Allow parents to teach their children well again.
These girls need to be put in jail and sterilized. They do NOT need to have kids. If we began sterilizing certain people in jail, maybe they would think twice about the crimes they have committed.

An incident in Amazonia, Missouri just happened where a man was jumped by 5 "adults" ages 17-21. They beat this man left the left side of his face shattered, broken and seperated jaw, and he'd been stomped repeatedly. His eye socket on his left side was destroyed causing immediate surgery that night. It's now been 4 months his jaw is still wired shut, and lives with obvious day to day struggles because of this. He was assaulted when he told the individuals to leave his property. He can no longer work because of his injury, which in turn causes him to not be able to pay for these unexpected surgeries. Kids in St.Joseph, Missouri will fight for no reason. A wrong glance anymore at a party starts a riot. And believe me, i'm talking group fighting, jumpings, assaults, and some with weapons. It has been the same story here recently for the past 2 years to where it's now a reaccuring, and expected thing every weekend. Cops have gotten multiple reports (which is known) with repeated names yet no actions have been taken. So on that note i applaud them. But things are getting serious, and for some reason people are becoming ruthless.
Hate to say an eye for an eye, but imagine if the tables were turned on them (them being beaten).
What these girls did was disgusting but doesn't surprise me. However, what disgusts me even more is that they will most likely just get a light slap on their filthy little paws for this heinous crime. This will only serve to 'smarten' them up a bit and to feel even more bad-ass but more careful next time.

Sadly, our legal system is "soft". They will probably get nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Our government should load them all on a Chinook and make an air drop over Iran and tell them take out Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who they can take all of their frustrations out on and legitimately be called a "hero".
