@ Joe 3144156. How can you say they have "ghetto mentality"? A few years ago a group of young white kids living in a rich section of New York beat a homeless man to death. Would you say that they have "ghetto mentality? There are teenagers all other the world who are behaving like this; red, yellow, black and white. Pick a nationality and you will find a teenager who has behaved in this manner. I think what these girls did was deplorable and I hope they get what is coming to them. The children now a days have that "I don't give a F@#$ and I am going to do what I want" attitude. Parents should not let the government tell them how they should raise their children. You pop a child in public and they come and arrest you. Then when that same child commits a heinous crime, it's the parents fault for not disciplining the child. It's always someone who does not have children or who can't control their own child that wants to tell you how you should raise your children. These girls should be locked up for ever and a day. I doubt that they would have picked on a normal person because they knew they would have gotten their sorry butts kicked!

i hate when racist comments end up on the net after a story is posted...all of your hearts are as dark as the girls in the video. the only difference is that you racist dirtbags justify your hate when you see others acting out in ways you really want to. Any time a kid committs a crime, hold the parenst entirely responsible, charge them with the crime, make them do the time, period.

These girls need jail time period...real jail time.....Forget about psych talk and understand that the fact that they roam the streets at night dressed like trash suggests that their homes are dysfuntional....The parents excuse of being horrified is nonsense, they knew what kind of young ladies they had on their hands......They did nothing. Race or economics has nothing to do with this...This is about common sense and socialbility, about being a descent human being...They have none of these qualities and I know theiur parents saw this......My cousin sassed my grandmother with the F-you word 50 years ago and my cousin was lucky to get off the floor but she never ever disrespected anyone with those type of words again.....Did she become a bad person from this ...No she is a school teacher , mother of 4 , wife, and the most loving respectful person their is....The point is that these girls were running wild with no real parental guidance...Their home life is truley dysfuntional as the fact that it was dark and these girls were on the street

I am speechless at reading this story. Absolutely incredible, and yes there will be attorney's to defend every one of the girls who did this and do everything possible to make the charges go away. My question is what would the defense be? The woman they attacked did nothing wrong. This makes me sick....

They're black?? Why, I never would've guessed it....

I live in a somewhat small town (around 60,000). We have had 10 murders this year. All of them have benn perpetrated by blacks. All the victims have been black except one. We actually have very little crime in this city. Most of what we do have is black on black and just about all the murders have occured at clubs where alcohol was being sold. Fortunately, every club that has had a killing has lost their licquer license for a time. Several clubs have been shut down completely. Our Police Chief and Mayor are very tough on crime in this community. That makes us law abiding citizens happy. If something like this were to happen in our community, the black folks would be just as outraged as the white.
