A group of teenage girls beat up a mentally disabled woman in Delaware County, Pa., made video of the attack and posted the clip to Facebook, according to Chester police.
In the video, which was obtained and published by the Delco Times, a group of six girls approached the woman, who was sitting on her stoop.
One of the attackers started punching the 48-year-old woman. The attack then moved inside the home, where the teens continued punching her with their fists and hitting her with chairs, among other things.
Police say the beating happened near 12th and Morton Streets Tuesday around 9 p.m. in Chester. The suspects are 16 and 17 years of age.

The victim suffered cuts and bruises on her face but did not get medical help, according to police.
Len Worby, one of the victim's neighbors, told the Delco Times the attack was the second in two weeks.
“She got beat up about two weeks ago,” Worby told the newspaper. “Someone hit her over the head with a gun.”
A local parent saw the video on Facebook Thursday morning and tipped off police.
Police say they tracked down four of the teenage girls in the video. Two of those arrested are sisters, according to the Delco Times. The Associated Press reported they were charged as adults with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, burglary and harassment.
"The parents are upset," one of the officers told the Times. "The girls are defiant. It's like they didn't do anything wrong."
Investigators say they're searching for two more girls who they believe were involved.
"Their behavior is animalistic to this poor woman," Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan told the Times. "We are going to aggressively prosecute each of them for their callous indifference to this woman."

Don't worry - someone will find a way to make our schools responsible for the behavior of these girls. We could turn our schools into behavioral modification & counseling centers and forget about education. Where are the parents of these girls and what lessons are they being taught at home? The parents should also be held responsible. And, forget jail. These girls should have to work in the community with those who are mentally challenged; they each should also be required to come up with a project to help in the community and see it through to fruition. They need to actively participate in any punishment or they will never change. Having them sit in jail will do nothing but make them worse.
Once we let Progressives determine what society should look like a society where people like this aren't even unusual was preordained. Six more Obama voters since Progressives always want felons voting.
So much for "The City of Brotherly Love".
These girls are heathens that need to be thrown in a women's prison so that they can be bullied.
If there is any justice left, these animals should be tried as adults.

I can't tell you the last time I read an article about a group of white girls beating somebody up, let alone beating up a disabled person, and being stupid enough to post it on facebook...stone them to death!

In today's world if you look sideways at one of your kids they can have you thrown in Jail. And then they wonder why some of these things happen or why some of the kids act the way they do. I hold mine accountable for their actions regardless of the Law. There was a thing called Respect when I was growing up.
Folks are trying to hold these Stars and Athletes up as Role Models for their kids.
Raise your own Kids......you set the example.........and I am for a good old fashion switch of the tree.

Animals raise animals. If the parent doesn't give a damn where their children go, then they congrigate with other like minded children.

So these girls fully believe that they did nothing wrong? Maybe the woman that was attacked, "Looked at us funny." Young teens, fully believe if you look at them funny, then that is a provication towards their body. Whether it's skin color, the way they dress, the way they carry themselves.
Still, an animal like behavior, only means their animals. And they deserve to be put down, along with the parent that helped raise an animal.

It's kids that come from some so called Good Religious, Drug Free homes that do this kind of stuff to. Their Parents are supportive and do everything they can to raise there kids properly.
Face it, there are influences out there that are very harmful to your kids and sometimes no matter how you try the kids don't hear you.
I know that I am very Blessed having raised 6 kids mostly on my own and not had issues like this, and every parent that hasn't had to face issues like this should feel the same way. Because there are some horrible Influences in this world.

A group attacking a mentally disabled adult shows how "big and bad" they are. They only would do it in a group, because they aren't big and bad. Maybe some gang initiation or something. With them attacking a mentally disabled adult - maybe they could be charged with a hate crime - it would get them more time. I am just glad that the fools recorded it and then posted it on line! So STUPID, but glad they did it, it allowed them to be caught.
