A former Peace Corps volunteer, who pleaded guilty to sexually abusing several children under the age of 6 while working at an AIDS center in South Africa, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Jesse Osmun, 32, of Glen Street in Milford, was a volunteer at the Umvoti AIDS Center in Greytown, South Africa, where he worked in the preschool after becoming a Peace Corps volunteer in 2010, authorities said.
While volunteering at the preschool, Osmun sexually molested the girls -- who referred to him as "uncle" -- and gave them candy in exchange, according to documents.
“Instead of promoting peace and providing much needed assistance consistent with the mission of the Peace Corps, this volunteer took advantage of his position and sexually abused vulnerable young children at an AIDS center pre-school in South Africa,” U.S. Attorney David Fein said in a statement.
Osmun admitted that he engaged in acts with one of his victims twice per week for about five months.
'No refuge' for sex predators
After serving his sentence, Osmum will be subject to 10 years of supervised release.
The Umvoti center is a non-governmental organization that provides support for those affected by the AIDS virus.

It also provides education, food and services for children between the ages of 3 and 15.
“As this sentence demonstrates, there will be no refuge for child sexual predators who believe that they can victimize children outside the United States,” Peter Vincent, director of Homeland Security Investigation’s Office of International Affairs, said.
“No place is too distant or too remote to escape the attention of HSI special agents, who conduct these types of investigations worldwide,” he added.
Osmun was arrested at his house on Aug. 4, 2011 and has been detained since.
In June, Osmun waived his right to indictment and pleaded guilty to one count of traveling from the United States to South Africa to engage in illicit sexual conduct with children and admitted that he sexually abused four minor girls while he was a volunteer with the United States Peace Corps.
Peace Corps set up victims' fund
Osmun resigned from the Peace Corps after being confronted by the Umvoti center's program director about the allegations and admitting to having a sexual attraction to children and engaging in sex acts with some minors.
The Peace Corps has said it was made aware of the allegations after Osmun resigned in May 2011. The agency has condemned Osmun's actions as "reprehensible" and agreed to contribute $20,000 to a fund for the victims.

Peace Corps volunteers, who are provided with a living allowance and receive transition funds after they complete 27 months of service, provide hands-on assistance in areas including health education, information technology and environmental preservation.
The Peace Corps has sent more than 200,000 Americans to serve in 139 countries.
Osmun apologized in court to the victims, his family and the Peace Corps. He said he struggles with feelings of guilt and shame and acknowledged that his victims will live with the scars of abuse forever.
"I sometimes wish I could take my brain out and wash it of all the memories I have," Osmun said.

The South Africans should have smoked his @ss. 15 years is NOTHING. He should get 15 years per child. Demon.
"I sometimes wish I could take my brain out and wash it of all the memories I have," Osmun said.
I have a rusty hacksaw and a scrub brush. Give me a call.
Good Mornin' Bill
This POS Osmun is a despicable wolf in sheep's clothing using the Peace Corps as his personal "hunting ground" for depraved behavior. I am sure Karma will teach and help him learn a lesson in life. He may have a brain that needs "washing out" but obviously he has no conscience.
Good morning Jack
Agreed. I tend not to spend much time pondering things over which I have no control, but this is an exception. I believe we are all born with a conscience, and I often wonder why some people lose them or suppress them.
After he does his time . We should turn him over to the South Africans and let them have at him. A little tribal justice might serve him well.
Bob 1/28 - Great idea!
wasn't it that part of the world that started the process of "eunuch status" for some men?
What a POS scumbag.
On another note, they say;
"The Peace Corps has sent more than 200,000 Americans to serve in 139 countries."
I'll never understand why we help out so many other countries when we need help right here on our own soil with the homeless and the hungry. I can see them now, stepping over homeless people begging for help while they're loading thousands of tons of food and supplies to be flown to another country to help out people in the exact same situation.
200k Americans cost millions if not billions just to feed and house them while they're over there helping out "other" people when we could use that $ right here at home. WTF man...
Who makes these F'k up decisions?
denver bill 2, I gotta say, 1.1 was great. I wish you could have 20 minutes alone with that guy. I hope your brush has steel bristles and I also hope your hacksaw is nice and dull. Have at him.
Here's a link with his foto and more info on the sick fuk.
The apple didn't fall far from the tree of you ask me.
Laffy Taffy, I just saw that pic, and he looks like a smug piece of trash. denver bill 2, I'll throw in a case of whatever you want, just to get that look off of his face.
Creek Dog
Charity is a personal choice, I will give to and help wherever I choose, and so does everyone else.
My question is this, if you can see starving people being stepped over,
Why are you not helping them? Who is making your decisions?
Thanks Laffy Taffy for the news article -
This guy says that looking at child porn was his "gateway-drug" to molesting children & he "wants help?" What a POS - I've never seen child pornography BUT if I, and I think any non-child molesting person, happened to stumble upon child porn - I (we) would call the Police/FBI IMMEDIATELY!!!!
Why isn't he getting 15 years per act, per child, to be served non-concurrently? Hurt children out of jail in 10 or less, have a bag of weed to distribute - 50+.... Lady Justice is blind and dumb as a bat!
I hope he is not in "protective custody," - let a lifer give him a taste of his own medicine before ending his time on earth... I wonder what his pervert brother got (for jail time)?
Creek Dog...On this one I have to agree, dort of.
Not only is it the direct costs but also the indirect costs of attempting to do good in the world.

To address you other frustration, we do have a similar system that works in the US to promote health and well being. If you are interested in supporting this effort it is called AmeriCorp.
He only received 15 years for all of the harm he inflicted on vulnerable children. He did what most pedophiles do and that is to work where there is access to young children. He disgusts me to no end.
Exactly!
Sandusky's getting 30 to 60 years for his sexual abuse to boys. But in reality, he'll probably only serve 15 years as well.
This is the lowest kind of predator -- the Sandusky type -- preying on kids who have already been thrown away like garbage.
Like Sandusky, this pos will soon get what's coming to him.
If I got my hands on him I'd might kill him, being a former RCC victim.
@Onemanonewomanmarriage
Where in the hell are you getting your facts from? Sandusky's sentence of 30 to 60 years requires a minimum of 30 years, so in no 'reality' is he getting out after 15 years. Even the judge of the Common Pleas Court told Sandusky he would be in jail for the rest of his life.
Know-how, she said Sandusky would only "serve" 15 years, meaning he'll probably die in prison, not that he's getting out. Of course, he should have had a longer sentence, because he should have been caught and jailed before that. Now, with his 15-year sentence, he has nothing to look forward to except visits from his lawyer and his new BFF.
just shoot the POS..............thats all the help he needs, what a sick person
Creek Dog,
Man, I've been saying that for years. I just don't get it. I have some liberal views and some conservative views, but all I can say is, are we out of our freaking minds sending all this aid to other countries when we're in 'survival mode' over here?
Seems like a no-brainer.
These people choose these professions to put themselves in the company of child victims. If I could have the say, jail this guy with Sandusky, and when Sandusky dies, leave him in there with this guy so he knows how HE will look. A rotting corpse covered in flies. 15 years isn't enough for child molesters. Mandatory LIFE. They themselves say they can't be rehabilitated. Let's believe them!
tell ya waht
I understand your frustration, but you need a reality check.
If you look around you you will see that a large portion of our population were born in other countries, you cannot fault them for supporting their own families back home.
And other than ranting bout how much charity others give overseas, why not consider starting a charity for feeding the needy in your own neighborhood, or better yet just join a local charity, they are very easy to find.
"There will always be the homeless and the hungry, its up to the rest of us to ensure there always will be shelter and food" ~ Frogler
@Creek Dog
The Peace Corps is not what you apparently think it is. It trains college grads to go to bumf**kEgypt for two years and work with the locals to help them improve their situation. While there they are supposed to provide technical assistance, help people outside the United States to understand American culture, and learn about the cultures of other countries. It isn't our international aid program, the one you're bitching about where we send money and food to other countries when kids are starving right here. Which by the way, is equally valid and important because whatever we spend it's cheaper than going to war.
I'm not a big peace love, kumbayah, "we're all just people man", kind of guy. But if you don't think that it's important for young Americans to learn other languages, use their college degrees to make the world a better place, teach and help people who literally have no one else (unlike Americans who have tons of charities and government programs to help them) with their problems (not the problems imagined at some UN conference in NYC), learn what the world is really like making them more mature/responsible/realistic individuals, and spread goodwill towards America and her people thereby making the world a safer place for us and our descendents. All for the price of round trip travel, food/living expenses/and walking around money which amounts to maybe 30 bucks a day in most of these places then maybe you should come up with a better solution.
3sides, I can't understand why anybody would "bitch" about charity work being done to help any child, no matter where they are.
It puzzles me, but I see it often. We cook for our local homeless shelter for the vets. I wonder what CreekDog does -- besides bitch and moan.
Thumbs up to Kat, There is Three Sides, and many others. You have also exposed the ignorance of other posters on here.
Also, why is Osmun or whatever the freakin name, still alive? 15 years is bs. Death to him and any others that do this to kids. I will never change my opinion about that. Never. These kids were preschoolers. Do folks understand that? Preschoolers.
Tellya What,
Yeah right?! I hear you man. Ken Trout seems to have different idea's such as they send to their charity of choice. Pffft!
My first choice is "always" the United States of America. Everything else is second...
ThereIsTreeSidesToEveryStory,
Stay here and train our college grads to give the USA's "needy" technical assistance to help them understand "our" culture. That is how they (The Unfortunate) got there in the first place, correct? By not understanding all the routes the USA offers in life...
Never said it wasn't important for us to learn other languages but, do you have to go to another country to learn their language? No. Not when you have "Rosetta Stone". Yes, made in America. Why do I have to press 1 for English and if you're Spanish, stay on the line?
I don't care too much for other countries cultures when we need to tidy ours up a little. I mean, seems our culture (for some) here is to "not" help ourselves but to help other people from other cultures that are in the same situation.
Imagine if we helped ourselves "first". It would only take a few years with all the billions in aid going to other countries kept right here. Then, when our country is 100% healthy, "THEN", and only then we should help out other countries. Plus, with no starvation/homeless here, we'd have millions of more people here in the USA to help those other countries.
I just don't get it.
Kat & Myspellcheck,
I do a lot more to help Americans.
I bitch and moan about situations that are not correct. I really don't care what you guys think. Just as you don't care either. You will see that I don't say terrible things about other people. Just state my case. Unlike you. Go ahead, let a little kid starve to death right here and send your charity $ over seas to save another child. Whatever....
Have a nice day. ;-)
Great Post Creek Dog
I've always believed that charity begins at home - HUA
Creek dog
The rest of us understand that
Creek Dog, I have been living in the US most of my life I worked two jobs and put myself though school and now have a successful career with no assistance from the government. i just finish paying my student loans a few years ago, now every time I look at my check i see exactly where my tax dollars is going to people who does have the opportunity to better themselves but instead they stayed home dropping babies left and right. using drugs, stayup all night and sleep all day waiting for hand out. America is indeed the land of opportunity people here have choices, school program, trade school, colleges and Universities, welfare, food stamp, medicaid, the list goes on and on. Some people are to lazy to change their situation the opportunity is there. now go check out a few third world country including my own and tell me the difference. even tough I am from a third world country I still volunteer in different organizations here to help the less fortunate and still manage to also help my own people in need.
HaitianneBeauty,
I am very happy for you and glad to hear you are doing well and hope your relatives are rebuilding and safe. If you read and understand my thoughts on fixing ourselves first, then we can help out others with more manpower and $. Ive been to 3rd world countries. Not pretty every time.
This can be helped however, (for analogy) USA is running a race with a broken leg and if we let it heal first, (fix it) we'll win the race and prevail to help others win. If not, we'll do more damage to our broken leg and it'll never heal correctly thus, rendering us crippled and never having the opportunity to run another race in the future which includes dragging others down with us.
In other words, how can we fix other problems when we have our own? Not to mention, we have the manpower, $ and technology. Not that I do not care about other countries, it's just that we cannot do it "all" at the sacrifice of our own people.
Good luck and have a nice day.
Ken Trout,
Have a nice day :-)
jack from Jax,
Thanks brotha! HUA!
Osmun is not his real name...he changed it from Sandusky
could not have said it better my self .....creek dog. you have a valid point. its just that you are on a liberal thread where open minded thinking SHOULD be the norm. but you are punished for being open minded and having an opinion . if you do not agree with the ( click )
Creek Dog,
I will admit that I have seen you make very intelligent, sensible, posts on other articles, but at the same time I have seen you make posts on other articles that were very condescending and even hostile to other posters. I haven't figured out yet which is the real you. I know you are capable of better, but perhaps that is not the way you have chosen to go. I harbor no ill will towards you and wish the best. Thank you.
spellcheck,
As mentioned in the past, I just call it how I see it. We all don't always agree with each other. Hell, if we did, it would be boring.
I am hostile towards others "only" when they post completely idiotic statements. I never get hostile towards a post where someone is just saying it how they see it unless, they throw punches towards another person just saying it how they see it.
For instants, when someone comments about another post how moronic/stupid and or when they call them an A-hole about their post, I will fire one off saying how poor their choice of words are. You'll never see me post anything like that towards another person. I will say that they have "potty mouth" but never call them an A-hole. When someone calls me an A-hole etc... I just tell them to have a nice day :-)
Well, once I did tell someone how F'd up they are but their post was mocking a family who lost an infant (died) and I personally went through that losing twin boys that were born on Christmas day (Eric & Chad). That will do it. I am as humane as I can be. Loving life and taking it one day at a time. I help others on a daily basis and sleep well at night.
Thanks and the same goes here.
Have a nice weekend...
@ Creek Dog
I get it I really do. I thought the exact same way you did, there are people who need help here why are we wasting our time on Africa. I took it a little further though, with maybe if we just stopped helping them they would be forced to get their crap together. The relative merits of that idea are of course extremely debatable.
But when I went to the Dominican Republic for a couple months to help build an orphanage it drastically changed my opinion (I know, I know I just said I had the same mentality as you but shoot man you're telling me I get to go live on a tropical island /learn Spanish/ AND help build an orphange sign me up right?!) You don't really understand till you go and see for yourself just how backwards they can be in all the important ways and how much of a difference you can make with such little effort. I saw nurses literally saving lives with TYLENOL, over the counter tylenol. And locals I knew who went to the "college" there dude their homework looked like stuff I did in the 8th grade. We don't have those problems here, we have as the meme goes 1st world problems.
But to directly answer your points,
1 &3. That already exists in a million different ways. Mandatory free public school, free community learning centers, etc etc it's an issue of choice vs lack of opportunity. No everyone in America doesn't have the same shot at being a professional making a 6 figure salary but the opportunity to at least pay the bills and keep a roof over your head is there for pretty much everyone. And unfortunately, last time I checked the only problem Liberals see with our culture is that Conservatives still exist. So good luck with starting a charity that promotes American values like self reliance, freedom, and helping others out of the goodness of your heart not government mandates.
2. That's an illegal immigration issue not a charity issue. Rosetta Stone does work but let's try a little experiment you study Rosetta Stone for three months and I'll go to a country where they speak the language and lets see which one of us understands the language better at the end.
4. That's called isolationism and it would be both incredibly irresponsible and utterly impossible for America to do that.
Have a good weekend
Wow...i am not one to stop anyone from making a valid point that's applicable to the subject matter, but am i missing something...when did the subject matter of this article change from a sick individual harming babies under the age of 6 to where money is being spent...it seems that an FBI profiler would have a field day on this blog...selecting potential offenders, as they will almost always try to divert from the victim or the act, by talking about anything else, because they fear that they will be DISCOVERED!!!....Please people, do not let these people fool you!!! Praying for the family of Little Jessica Ridgeway and other victims of these Monsters! STAY ALERT, ATTENTIVE, AND AWARE!!!!!
Agreed
There is a saying, as we help another row their boat across the river to the other shore, lo our own boat has rightly also arrived...seeking to help the less fortunate is a wonderful thing. If one does it was good intent. But when one does it while performing evil, then it turns to condemnation.
Once again the most helpless and innocent of a society falls prey to the most evil and depraved. Not only do these suffering children bear the brunt of a disease of the body given to them from another, but now they must also bear the devastation to their gentle spirits from a monster allowed amongst them. He has no clue whatsoever the damage he has done.Yet he has started a chain of events and evil creatures like him never know happiness in this life. Then when he finally checks out of this world he will get his just rewards.
I hope institutions practise better screening in the future for perpetrators of child abuse when children are involved. If you have a sickness like this you naturally gravitate to positions that give you access to children.
There are more guilty parties than Osmun in this story but you don't think of them.
PS $20,000.00 for the victims? Are you kidding me!
$20,000 goes a lot farther in South Africa than here in the US.
20k "MAY"go a lot farther in South Africa than here, BUT it may not, as it "really depends on the value of the American dollar vs the current SA rand's value."
It goes WAY further KH, but still not enough imo.
If this creep wants his brain removed I say we do it. What will wash the memories from the brains of your victims "uncle". Fifteen years imprisonment for these heinous crimes to children is an insult to the justice system. This filthy pedophile was supposed to be helping the very children he molested. He is an insult to the Peace Corps who are mostly comprised of honorable and unselfish people. Give this man more than fifteen years, that is a slap on the wrist. Who in the hell comes up with these sentencing years anyhow? Some crimes receive too harsh sentences and some are not harsh enough. The punishment should fit the crime.
The victims were African girls that's why the sentence was so low. He would have gotten life if they were little blonde girls. It's not a racial fairytale....it sadly happens to be a fact. If the agressor is white, black, asian, etc. and the victim is a black female they either get away scott free and the blame is put on her, or they get minimal sentencing. I understand why black women are always so angry...they are on the bottom of each group and always blamed for their problems while other women are seen as helpless victims and damsels. There are also so called missionaries who go to Africa and molest thousands of little boys too. Now after thousands of years parts of Africa are struggling with punishing homosexual activity and sexual identity crisis. And where are the majority of the African gays....South Africa...where the highest population of whites in Africa are....and where "missionaries" and volunteers fly in by the hundreds to satisfy their pedophilic desires. They did the same thing to Haiti after the headache. These pedos flew in as help and starting adopting black children for sex and selling them to gay men for their usage. They do the same thing to children in Thailand and Vietnam. Everyone knows, but because the children are of color no one hears their cries......as loudly. These are the facts. Don't let guilt or shame trick you into a racial tantrum. Do something about it and recognize that while ALL children suffer there is a gross injustice done to some particular groups MORE than others.
*earthquake
Chuckleonthis- You are absolutly correct, thanks for your post.
no pictures of the criminal!! how come?
OsmunC
I have no idea why seeing his face is important to you, denny, but if you must see what he looks like, click on Laffy Taffy's (#1.9) link above. Nothing speical. As most pedophiles, he would blend into any crowd.
Sick Do we still hang people in the public square. Those poor children this sicko only wants to get rid of the memory by washing his brain. I say we have drugs that can let his brain get an eternity of rest all we need is to put it to sleep forever and ever! As if those children were not suffering enough this sicko has to do this to little children. If he has hiv now maybe he deserves to suffer the way they will and did. Lets start up ole sparky and fry this *uckers brain cells.
Penn State will probably have to pay the victims of their pervert millions and the Peace Corp is giving $20,000 to its victims, you have to be kidding me. You know I really think that they think their doing such an honorable thing. They make me as sick as the pervert.
deedee, the average 'salary' in South Africa in most areas outside of cities is approximately $270 a YEAR. The PC is a volunteer program that get approximately $375 million in Fed Funds (as of 2011), for currently 9,000+ volunteers in 79 countries, helping in education, AIDS, business developing, agriculture, and the like. Yes the $20,000 is a 'paltry' amount concerning such a heinous crime. To the victims and their families there, though, it is the 'equivalant' to getting $1 million, and yet it still isn't 'morally' right.
deedee-6203923- They are poor children from AFRICA.. need I say more. sickening
DISGUSTING, WHAT A SHAMEFUL ACT
And to Cat's $20,000 is a lot more in Africa than here, thats not the point, the point is to penalize the PC so that they will screen their people a bit more.
This disgusting POS was representing the United States to these people. He was supposed to be helping them. Instead he helped himself to molesting small children. He ought to be shot.
As a former Peace Corps Volunteer, I am greatly saddened by this tragedy; both for the victims AND the sullied reputation of the Peace Corps. Even though the PC has a rather rigorous application and interview process, some bad apples sadly get through on occassion.
I too am a former Peace Corps Volunteer and I agree with peace corps patty. The Peace Corps has a rigourous screening process but sickos' like him know how to hide what they really are. How was the Peace Corps to know his true self if he had no criminal record and was able to hide it? The article says nothing about his record but I am willing to bet that if he had something like that on there, he would not have been a volunteer.
Ditto. I am also a Returned Peace Corps volunteer and wholeheartedly agree with both posts above. The Peace Corps as an institution is not perfect, but the people who volunteer and those who support the volunteers are, for the most part, hard working people with a heart to helping others succeed in ways they may not have otherwise imagined possible. This man was bad seed, and could easily have chosen another organization and comitted the same despicable crimes.
What God thinks of this type of behavior from Matthew 18:6
"But whoever shall offend (hurt) one of these little
ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged
about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea."
Since you are a follower of the bible, you should know that all sins are forgivable except one.
He that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness. - Mark 3:29
Now if you are a christian it is suppose to be in your heart to forgive all for their sins.
I think I will agree to disagree with you there, but I'm also not Christian... so I'd happily dig a hole for this guy and build a pile of rocks nearby so I could practice my pitch to his head....I will practice until he's dead - then I'll consider my aim pretty good!
Forgiving does not mean that this pos gets away with such a disgusting crime. The act must be punished. You can forgive the sinner, but not the sin.
The ONLY people who could grant "forgiveness" are those of whom he hurt - the children. If they can grant it, they are certainly much better persons than I, if they can't - I don't blame them for one second!
He is paying for his crime, 15 years of paying.
Im with Kat. Personally I feel everyone, even this POS, should be forgiven if they are truly sorry. But this does not mean that we dont punish him as harshly as possible. We never know anyone's situation, but he should be locked up for as long as possible (life would be my choice). But yes, I would forgive him.
The problem with all of this conjecture is that you are trying to make judgements from a "normal adult" point of view. When a pedophile takes advantage of a child as a predatory pedophile they are using power to manipulate the child. The damage they do goes way beyond sex in a physical sense. They are destroying the soul of the child to a point that they are forever changed/altered to a point that they will never be the same or have a chance to ever have a "normal" relationship.
The pedophiles are not looking for love, they are looking for prey like a psychopath has no remorse for their actions. There is no cure because the behavior is a part of their makeup. There are only two solutions and neither involves correcting their behavior. As long as we continue to see this crime as some sort of innocent error on the part of the predator, we will always see the same predators continue to offend, and the future predators feeling that they are accepted into society to a degree.
We allow the predators to continue their behavior, but force them to go "Underground" so to speak, and this mechanism allows them to hide within organizations like churches, schools, benevolent organizations like the BSA and the Boys and Girls clubs and charity. The laws need to be changed to be more punitive and preventative by castration and death depending on the level of proof of guilt.
These people should be considered to be murderers of the souls of these children and the punishment should fit the crime.
Lazarus
Let machete justice takes it vengence on this sick pervert's genitals to curb his incurable sickness.
Too bad he just can't be beaten to death...
We should extradite his a$$ to South Africa, where I am sure the sentence won't be as lenient. They should cut his d!ck off feed it to the lions and then let some aids infected patients F. him. On the other hand, he will get the same treatment in US prisons, where pedophiles are not really appreciated...
Post of the Year!!! +1 to you sir!
This is just ridiculous...and through the (PEACE) corp no less...if i read it right he has already admitted his retarded stupididty if thats the case just kill the bastard !!!!!....NO courts....NO 25yrs on death row...just KILL the dipschitt
This is disgusting! This monster should be put to death. How can you do this to a baby?
What kind of joy can a man have in these heinous acts? It can't be the man who is committing it. It is a Demonic entity using the person. For all who do not believe in good and evil, well....good luck in your delusion. "It is for this purpose that the Son of God, Jesus, was manifested." To destroy the works of the devil. Rather than condemn him--he is already condemned by the courts, whether we like the severity of the sentence or not--let us pray that he comes to a place of true repentance so that we can annoy the devil by taking a soul he thought he had secured. Jesus will forgive him and receive him if he will confess.
Jesus and everyone else can forgive him, but we should still punish him as harshly as possible. Forgiveness does not mean getting off the hook.
I wonder if he needs help removing his brain?
He should NEVER be free. He will not change. When he is released whether or not he is monitored he will attack children again and again. Lock him up forever or sent him to the S. Africans after his prison sentence and let them have a crack at him. I am tired of these creeps attacking our children. We need much tougher laws and certainly much tougher judges. NO PLEA BARGAINS.
It's funny to me that Americans want justice like in the Middle East...the Taliban would shoot the guy and be done with it. We Americans love the justice system over there....
That said, do they (Peace Corps) not realize predators will seek them out if they can be around children? Particularly underprivileged children, those with few resources. Like --- do they think this guy is the very first one to do this? Have they ever covered this kind of behavior up? Most of these organizations do. Gasp!!!!
These organizations are full of people like this predator. For sure.
All children abusers should be castrated as 1st step, second is to cut finger from both hands and put them
in jail. Statistic showed majority repeat crimes. 15 years is gentle towards psycho.
You lost me with your rambling post.
Actually the statistics show the opposite frogdog, but keep believing a lie.
There is no way I believe that this pervert has lived 32 years and not one red flag was raised as to the sick pervert he is. I can not believe that his friends and family did not ever suspect that he liked little girls. How very sad for these children to become molested by someone they trusted and looked to for comfort and help. They live a life of uncertainty already and he should have gotten much more for the simple fact it seems he thought this would be a way to fulfill his fantasies and less of a chance to get caught, disgusting.
