An ex-employee of a real estate company shot his former boss in the head Thursday afternoon in Los Angeles, according to police.
The victim, who has not been named, was in a critical condition in a hospital Thursday.
The shooting happened at Venture Commercial Realty on the fourth floor of a high-rise building in Koreatown.
Fire officials received a report of shots fired at about 3:45 p.m. local time (6:45 p.m. ET).
More stories from NBCLosAngeles.com
LAPD Sgt. Dino Caldera said that officers had gone room-to-room in the building, searching for the gunman.
"Officers responded … to what they believed at that time was an active shooter-site type of situation," he said. "So they used those kind of tactics to go into the building and clear the rooms as they entered."
The suspect put his hands up when confronted by police and was arrested. He was expected to be booked on a charge of attempted murder.

Deserved it ?
Yes or no ?
Reply below.
You are definitely NOT rational with a question like that.
Anyone who replies to that question is as ignorant and pathetic as the poster himself.
Umm William?
"Amen", Coral Taxi!
LMAO!
When someones livlihood, children's friends and future, ability to maintain their home, status in the community during an already stressful situation is threatened by an overpowering, micro managing, self serving unsympathetic supervisor who dislikes a person and poises himself against that person simply to make their life misserable then yes I understand the motive. Unless you've walked in those shoes!
Rational = Troll. Do us a favor and shut your compter down - forever.
Jerry-3975017
You said it.
Although I love my freedom and pray everyday that I do not harm anyone. That type of supervisor is on a power surge. I cannot say they deserve it. Moving on to higher ground is the best revenge for me. But, I am not like everyone else.
This individual may have been bullied all their lives; or always passed by on promotions; or talked about all of the time. It's not a reason to take another's life; but, we do need to be careful of how we treat each other. It's supposed to be with dignity and respect. And it doesn't always happen that way. God bless both individuals.
At a time when bosses threaten employees who may vote for the "wrong" candidate, for all we know he may have been let go for having the wrong bumper sticker on his car.
Coral Taxi
Yes Coral, I did not reply to the queastion, as I stated .
I did however comment on the post itself, big difference.
@ William;
We know what you meant William, just havin a little fun sir.
I can't understand people making this employer out to be a micro managing, slave driving evil doer. So far NO FACTS have surfaced as to why this took place.
Maybe it was the employee who lost his job on his own. Who knows. Lets wait for the details before we start pointing the finger. My thoughts are to the family of both victim and suspect. I can only guess they're all struggling to comprehend this terrible event. Let's hope none of you will ever have to endure this.
Is the shooter in this country illegally?
My bet is he had it coming.....nice shooting dude!
People who make excuses for Murders, Criminals and the like have a real problem. You commit a crime you are the one responsible for your own actions. Maybe those people have been watching too many movies like Rambo and feel everyone had it coming. You don't like someone just kill them because they had it coming. LMFAO. No wonder the World is in the shape it's in with so much hatred, bigotry and just plain NO common sense whatsoever.
@alan, let's see a raise of hands...
How many of you, who vote republican, would shoot someone you catch breaking into your car? and Democrats... I thought so.
WilliamOfRites
Same difference...............You just had to say something didn't you?
@ horse
Great question.
I would like to know how many Republicans would shoot Democrats breaking into their cars versus fellow Republicans breaking into their car.
And what would Democrats do? Would they smile and say thank you for taking my property and give the thief fifty bucks for gasoline? And say Mr. thief, while you are at it, take my wide screen TV, my wife and my galoshes as well?
You see, it is easy for us to make things silly and political, even when they do not deserve such treatment.
Most likely had a bad childhood, had to ride to school in their second hand car, bought socks one at a time so that he never had two new socks at once. Dont know about you but Im tearing up we should let him go.
@ Horse.
Republicans do not need to steal, they clearly are all 1%ers...or at least the media would have you believe this. If that is the case, no republican would ever need to steal a car.
Democrats- you they take what someone else has. Obama encourages this, and publicly states he will take more money through taxes. He takes, and takes, and takes..and the trickle down theory perhaps encourages democrats to take matters into their own hands and take things themselves. Guess some just can't wait for the redistribution of wealth philosophy of Obama to take full effect- they can't wait for Obama to take from higher earners...and take matters into their own hands. Now to be clear, when Obama takes- it is not stealing, it is perfectly legal to pass laws for the government to take income from only certain people and pass another law to give it to others. Stealing- taking this money from someone else on your own without government intervention...is wrong.
How many democrats would become republicans if they saw someone breaking into their car - just asking.
My, there seem to be a lot of nervous abusive bosses and their toadies on here all of a sudden!
I don't condone shooting one's boss in the head unless the boss is physically attacking you.But there's a very fine line between trying to beat their employee up or rape them versus being about to ruin their underling's life for an unethical reason, which is also devastating physical abuse!
I think a boss who ruins their employee's life, future, health, access to food, access to healthcare, ability to make car payments, and possibly their marriage, because the employee gave them a funny look once, has a medical problem they don't want on the company insurance plan, disagrees with them politically, knows about something shady going on in the workplace, supports unions,is a threat to the boss because they could take the bosses' job-A boss who ruins an employee's life for reasons like that should face felony charges, the same as an employee who shoots the boss in the head. When people are stalked, terrorized, pushed to their wit's end,and are going to lose everything they've got because of the bosses' ongoing abuse of them, they may not think rationally anymore.Being under extreme duress has flown as a valid legal defense in certain past cases.
If the boss stalked and terrorized someone OUTSIDE the workplace until they'd ruined the person's life and health I'll bet (At least I hope) the boss would face criminal charges. On the other hand if they pull the same thing AND TIE ALL OF THE HARASSMENT TO WORK,anything goes. This can't keep being okay! I'll bet if the victim being terrorized had fallen down with a fatal heart attack while the boss was abusing them or had told their coworkers,"I can't take the bosses'abuse anymore" and immediately shot themself in the head, instead of the boss, the boss would have batted their eyes, never faced a single charge, and been allowed to keep their job with the company's blessings. How sick is that? How wrong is that?
All of the corrupt bosses and their toadies who are trying to shout down anyone who says evil bosses provoke violence:You're going to be wailing and gnashing your teeth after what I'm going to say next.
With the hostile environment in many of today's workplaces let's stand together and get some laws passed to make workplace abuse illegal. There are petitions on change.org to get the Healthy Workplace Bill passed in all 50 states.Or stand together collectively and unionize.Standing together is hard. One of should-be criminal bosses' favorite tricks is to keep their underlings from trusting each other and from having time to talk."Divide and conquer."Please don't let them get by with it.
Maybe.
I know I've had some ex-bosses I wouldn't shed a tear for.
So have I, but I wouldn't go around shooting them in the head, I just found a better job.
I bet a lot of ex-employees think about doing that!
"So have I, but I wouldn't go around shooting them in the head, I just found a better job."
That was easy in the 90s, I did it myself. But try doing it NOW. Bosses know this...why do you think they do the things they do?
George got fired when he slipped his boss a Mickey. What did this boss do that was worth spending years in prison for?
@rational;
Would it be rational to answer without more information sir? I will say even if sombody "deserves it" we are not to be anyones judge and executioner without due process.
Lets be rational here sir.
Amen? lol
Rational here? I believe you are at the wrong site. Thanks for your post anyway.
Anyone looking for rationality must be new here.
Rational, sounds like a deadly STD...............
Unless the boss was bangin' the guy's wife and stealing his commissions.
Uhhh, why are "Fire Officials" responding to a shooting??
A lot of times Fire and First Aid are one in the same, same Department.
Because an ambulance was needed,I suppose. With a shooter on the scene they should have called the cops to stabilize things first, but hey the guy who was shot left the scene alive so they must have done some things right.
Nobody deserves to be shot for being a former employer.
This guy was another raging idiot looking for someone to blame for his failures. He wanted a fight, as long as it was against an unsuspecting victim. It could just as easily have been a dispute over a parking space that set him off. (Nobody deserves to die for being a car-parker, either.)
In an ideal world the shooter would be taken away and executed immediately, and the media would only report on the victim and his progress.
I hope he's able to recover from the cowardly attack perpetrated upon him. Best wishes to him and to his family.
Really???
Funny me but my ideal world has no shooting at all.
Touché!
If just fighting for a parking space would have set this guy off then being that it was in Los Angeles it would have happened years ago with him.
An idiot looking for a fight... Yeah, OK... Do us all a favor and look out your window and tell us what color the sky is on your planet.
@ William, No that would be a Fantasy World you speak of. In an Ideal World Instant Karma would get you just like John Lennon said..................
Ban handguns.
Ban idiots buying handguns.
@Timothy:
Fighting for a parking space, fighting with a guy in a bar who bumped into him, fighting with a landlady, fighting with an ex-boss...
Rational people rule out all those excuses (and more) as reason enough to shoot a person. I wonder if you're actually suggesting that a former job is a valid reason, whereas a parking space is just silly.
The sky on my planet is grey with intermittent sunshine today. I seriously doubt that "all" will consider that information a "favor". I think you're alone in that one, but you're welcome all the same.
So you guys with your ideal world all hate the world god has created or what?
I agree that no one deserves to be shot because no one deserves to die in the hands of another. However, some people who are in charge don't know how to supervise people, they go on a power trip and treat people like their personal servants. In today's society one really needs to be more aware that there are some crazy people in this world and they might kill you if you pissed them off. I know a young man who is one of those people. I know one day I will read about him in the news, there is something off about him. When my kids were young, I never left them alone with him, even at family parties. I'm very nice to him because I really don't want to be on his bad side.
There is something "off" about a lot of managers.Narcissists and sociopaths are drawn to management jobs like moths are drawn to light bulbs. That's not a reason to shoot every amoral boss, though.
Some of us could have done a better job. Check this Ideal World:
"Hello, People"
"Hi, who are you?"
"I'm the one who created this world, and all of you. You can call me 'God'."
"Hi, God, what's up?"
"Nothing you need concern yourselves with, but I do have a little something for you."
"A gift? From God? What it is?"
"It's called 'Common Sense', and I give it freely to all of you."
"Oh cool! What does it do?"
"It helps you recognize when something you're about to do, or considering doing is dumb thing. See that fellow over there, the one with the big stick?"
"Yeah, what about him? He's looking for food."
"Yes, but what he doesn't realize is he is about to strike a hornet's nest. Now watch what happens when his Common Sense kicks in."
"Oh, wow, he didn't hit the hornet's nest with the stick."
"Yes, because that would be, what?"
"A... dumb thing to do?"
"Very good. Now you all be sure to listen to your Common Sense, it will save you a few thousand years of strife."
"Thanks God, that will come in handy. Oh, hey God, can I ask you a question?"
"Sure, though you just did, but that's ok. I'll even answer your next question, which will be: 'What should we do about you, God?' Well, the answer is simple - Use your Common Sense. If you want to worship me, that's fine. If you don't, that's fine too, after all I made you so you could think for yourselves, and as long as you're doing your own thinking, then I'm perfectly happy to sit back and watch."
"Oh, ok, we can do that."
"Oh, hey, God?"
"Yes?"
"Why did you create us anyways?"
"Well, the simple answer is, because I can, but beyond that, look around at this world where you live. It has everything you'll need to survive and grow, and develop into what I already know you can be. It's not quite perfect though - and it will need someone to look after it. Now what you don't yet realize is, this world is just one of many, and while I like to keep my planets all looking nice and operating efficiently, there is only one of me, and that's where you come in - you can take care of this planet where you live and enjoy it for, well, a very long time."
"That doesn't sound too difficult."
"It's not supposed to be, but every once in a while you little meaty things surprise even me. For example, this isn't the first planet in this solar system that I created life on, but..."
"But?"
"Well, I don't like to talk much about it. Let's just say they didn't respect what they had, and that made me feel like they didn't respect themselves, and by proxy, they didn't respect me."
"What happened to them?"
"Let's just say, they're not around any more. They kept fighting among themselves, creating new rules for some of them, while those who made the rules felt they were above them, everybody was miserable, and then they started blaming me every time something went wrong with one of their brilliant ideas...".
At this point, God shook his head, and pressed his fingers aside his temples.
"God, is something wrong?"
"Not yet."
"What do you mean, not yet?"
"I mean, not yet. But something will go wrong. Look, I can't explain everything to you. I mean, I could, but you wouldn't be any fun to watch. Do you see that animal over there?"
"The deer?"
"Sure, the deer, as you call it."
"What about it, God?"
"Just watch it. Isn't it nice to see how it moves, how it picks choice bits to eat, and how it communicates with other deer in the area?"
"I suppose so."
"Now you there, draw a picture of a deer."
"Me? God, I'm sorry, but I'm not a very good artist."
"That's ok, this is just an example anyways."
So the primitive man took up stick and mud and ash and rock, and on the wall of the cave he drew a deer.
"Oh, you really aren't very good of an artist, but that's ok. Everyone else, look at this picture of a deer."
"That's supposed to be a deer?"
"Oh, did I miss someone when I passed out Common Sense just a little bit ago?"
"Sorry, God."
"You will be if you keep interrupting. Now tell me, would you rather watch this drawing of a deer, or the actual deer?"
"Well, the actual deer, it does things. This drawing, it's just - there."
"Exactly, and that's why I can't explain everything to you, or you become just as much fun for me to watch as the drawing of the deer is for you."
"Oooh, you are truly wise, God."
"That's why I'm God. Anyways, like I said, make use of your Common Sense, take care of your planet, and I'll be checking in from time to time."
People crack when they're under extreme pressure - who knows what this guys mental state was prior to this. Perhaps he was already compromised before he was let go. You just never know when someone is going to fall off the edge of rational thought or behavior.
Indigo-rage,
Explains bosses with a God complex!
The way things used to be...a long time ago:
I once worked in a factory that made pressure relief valves (water pressure). I tested them after they were assembled. One day, a strange event happened. All the valves we were testing failed in 1 out of 10 tests. We could not find out why. Our department manager came to us and said "Take a 'good' reading and pass them anyway. We're not building Swiss watches here, they're just plumbing valves." Each of the testers (4 of us) initial a tag that goes on with the valve like a warranty. Our floor supervisor, luckily, kept a personal log and wrote the incident down.
Fast forward almost a year. A valve fails in a wealthy dentist's office in Boston when firetrucks battling a nearby blaze temporarily suck all the water pressure out of the neighborhood. When the valve failed. the incredible suction flattened pipes like a blocked paper straw. When the pressure returned to normal, all those crushed pipes burst. It happened to be a Saturday night. Monday morning, dental workers arrived to find water seeping out of doors and windows. The basement was full, and water in the first floor was up to the windows. All equipment and electrical, furnace, etc. was destroyed. The valve was eventually pinpointed, tested and deemed the cause. My company was sued.
The company owners and their lawyers came to the factory (they owned factories around the world). We were called into this high-powered meeting, all of us whose initials were on that valve's tag, the manager and supervisor. We had no chance of defending ourselves, we'd made another million of these things since that incident, and we never even remembered it. But our supervisor said "Excuse me a moment, I may know something about this." He went back to the department and got his log book. He had everything in it, how we wanted to shut down the line, the date, what the boss told us, etc. When he got to "We're not building Swiss watches here.", we all went "Ahhhh, I remember that!" The manager instantly turned red as a beet and began 'sweating bullets'. We were told by the owners "Thank you gentlemen, you can go back to work now." Our supervisor became the department manager, and the origional manager was never seen again after we left the conference room.
The way things would be today:
We, whose initials were on that tag, would have all been fired, our supervisor would have been scapegoated for allowing the line to run, and the manager would have gotten a bonus to go along with it and keep his mouth shut.
Notice....bosses didn't get shot much back then!
PS. The culprit was a bad valve stem that was slightly bent. As the valve opened and closed, the 'plug' would turn about a tenth of a turn. Eventually, the slight bend would turn into a position where the valve failed to close properly. Therefore, 1 out of 10 of our tests failed. It took engineers to discover this.
Is it any wonder why Big time Bosses travel around in Armored Cars and live in Gated Communities more and more now a days.
Employees are dangerous because they are bad people, right?
.
"You mean to to tell me as an agent of this company, your still going to deny my coverage?? I'll be right back!"
I would never tell someone to do something like this... But as time goes on, as companies continue to treat people worse and worse... Well... Maybe this is what needs to happen?
When you put someone in a position where they can loose what they have worked hard to have just to save a few dollars or follow some stupid policy you need to watch your back.. Perhaps rightfully so.
Good thing we don't follow advice such as yours, seeing as how millions just lost their homes and life savings due to the shenanigans on Wall Street.
Who needs bosses and employers anyways, lets just off the whole lot of them.
The Troll Stroll for the day. All of you . . . condoning killing people. Anarchists or what?
Observing2
It's called sarcasm, you're not a very good observer are you?
Well, I don't see it as ever justified, but I do understand why it sometimes happens.
I think that many times in life we see terrible things happen and we think about what a total waste it is. But there is usually some lesson to be learned if we examine it carefully enough. Maybe there's a wake-up call for some people when an incident like this happens. Just maybe some positives can come out of what may seem to be a completely negative event.
I think it's pretty clear that this wasn't just some random act of violence but most likely some act of vengeance. Whether that vengeance was triggered by the boss having an affair with the guy's wife or because he felt mistreated in his job, really makes little difference. Vengeance is often about "getting even" with someone who previously held the upper hand in one way or another. It is often the result of an irrational mind trying to rationalize. Nothing can undo something already done.
But what we should take out of this is that by its very nature, a boss holds the upper hand. If he doesn't use his power wisely, the odds of someone seeking revenge are much higher than for the average person. For some reason we seem to have developed the understanding that a boss, or a business owner is somehow exempted from the expectation that he treats fellow human beings with respect and dignity. "Hey. it's just business". Like it isn't real life and is just some kind of game. Like the rules are justifiably different. But why have we come to accept this? Until we change this, we can expect to see things like this happen from time to time.
With power comes responsibility. Those who hold power, whether it be in business or any other walk of life, need to understand that their behaviors are being constantly judged. Those in power will be more likely to be the target of vengeance and sometimes they will bring it upon themselves. Destroying someones life by firing them doesn't equate to destroying someones life by firing a bullet, but to the irrational mind it may very well seem completely justified. We can easily blame the guy behind the trigger as we should, but we need to be careful about absolving everyone else involved. What's done can't be undone, but what has yet to happen, can be prevented.
Yes, it would be a terribly travesty if all those ten-thousand dollar tailor-made italian wool suits got mere wall-street dirt on them, or worse, the sacred blood of Speculators become tainted by sewer-filth.
There are no details here. So no way to judge. The employee may have been unbalanced. Or wasn't doing the job he was hired for. Or was lazy, apathetic, irrational, etc.
OR...
Maybe the boss was a micro-managing bully.
I've seen both sides of this issue. Both employees who were less than worthless and bosses who were more than ruthless. Well never know. Regardless, two families are now in turmoil. These kinds of thing ALWAYS affect more than just the two involved. It's tragic and sad and in our win-at-all-costs society we will continue to see people on the edge lash out and destroy not just themselves and those who they feel have wronged them, but the families and friends of both sides.
None of what you say matters. The only reason that may be acceptable is self defense. Despite what the NRA would have you believe, there are other and better ways to solve problems with your bosses, neighbors, and families.
Please enlighten us about what the NRA has to say.
Please be sure to use proper MLA-style quoting and source citation.
Of course, I don't actually expect any of this to happen - because you've no idea what the NRA actually says, but....
Having worked in law enforcement I am curious as to how long it had been since the assailant was employed with the realty firm. What a lot of people don't realize is, that statistically it is not the individual that got fired yesterday that commits these acts. It is the one fired six months ago that seeks revenge after the house is foreclosed, the car is repossessed and the wife leaves him.
So consider that, all office thugs everwhere. Just because you are not immediately attacked after fireing an employee, doesn't mean you should not watch your back for six months to a year afterwards.
And consider this, all you decent, hard-working, helpful office workers: just because you were finally able to get rid of that whack-job who performed poorly while giving everyone the creeps doesn't mean you should not watch your back for six months to a year (or forever) afterwards.
Michael-528853, good point. But doesn't do us any good at my place of work at all. The company owner, seldom on site, has just published policy of no weapons in the workplace, which means those who have carry licenses are now unarmed in the workplace. So the individuals who do work in the building who would be most at risk as being ones who would have fired someone for any reason are totally defenseless as are all those between the front door and those supervisor's desks. Of course all past employees would be aware of the target rich environment since the policy is published in the Employee Handbook.
machspeeddemon - I must have missed the part in the article where it said the shooter was a poor performing whack-job who gave everyone the creeps. May have simply been the victim of downsizing in a weak housing sales environment and like Michael said, finally just lost it and blamed the boss some time later. It doesn't excuse him at all, but you might quit drawing conclusions about people out of your azzhat with absolutely no basis, unless of course you have another source you might point out that shows the shooter to be as irrational in their thinking as you appear to be.
You must have missed some part of something. I wasn't drawing conclusions about anyone; it wasn't even this particular shooter to whom I referred.
I was pointing out the fact that while office thugs everywhere should be on alert, so too should office workers who have done everything right, and are still potential targets of office nutcases.
Am I trying to have a conversation with one of those people who only see "big bad bosses" and aren't able to see the possibility of the opposite scenario?
If not, re-read Michael's post and my response to it, and it will be all cleared up for you.
If so, my apologies for reminding you that there are possibilities outside the realm of your world-view, and that not all of them include a big bad boss.
The issue is madness in two places at the same time.
It's crazy to shoot your immediate supervisor in most circumstances- and ineffective- because the real problem is the greed of some psychotic bastard in a boardroom.
If you have to destroy your own life for the sake of vengeance, then go for the root of the problem- the people at the top.
After all, they ultimately bear responsibility for the creation of a corporate culture that gave your boss the means to harm you.
Those are the people who see you as a tube of toothpaste to be squeezed until all used up- then thrown away and replaced with a fresh new face; and as they see it, your boss is just an expendable firewall between them and you.
Taking one scale off the snake does it little harm- but decapitation is another matter entirely.
It's never yet been worth it to me- but if you're obsessed with vendetta, then make it count.
gee, the guy didn't even have the decency to kill himself afterwards?
i don't believe anything can justify murder , but then again , i've seen some things in this life. if the boss was after his wife , i'm sorry , but sympathy is my middle name.
If the wife would allow herself to be "bossed", he'd be better off without them both. He should shoot nobody, keep his freedom, and go find a hotter, younger, thinner wife than the cheating cow he dumped. If she wouldn't allow herself to be "bossed", and the boss was told more than once to back off, don't shoot the SOB. Go after his job.
"i don't believe anything can justify murder , but then again , i've seen some things in this life"
No you haven't seen anything, or else you wouldn't make such an ignorant comment like that. Movies don't count.
There is no information on which to base a judgment regarding who "deserved" what.
But can I imagine a circumstance under which I would be more sympathetic with the assailant than I would be for the victim? Yes.
I think from time to time, businesses might not realize they are backing their employees into a corner that threatens the employee's very existence. They just focus on the bottom line and forget about the people.
Turn your employees into a pack of desperate animals and back them into a corner, don't be surprised if you get bit.
He was shot in the head you__________. People who rape & murder may deserve the death penealty, but not someone who is viewed as a bad boss by some OR all. If you do not like your boss QUIT. that is what living in a free country is all about.
Even after a guy proves to be a nut by destroying his own life and that of many others - people like you still assume the "boss" is guilty. or the"corporation" is somehow at fault. by your wordsYou are as nutty as the shooter.
Let me guess...you're a manager.
If so- and especially if you lean towards being a martinet who pillories employees to hide their own faults behind spectacular abusiveness, allow me to remind you that your incisive remark cuts both ways: you too could "just quit"- taking the misery of everyone you manage right out the door with you.
Of course, the innate arrogance of many a bad manager creates a sense of entitlement which makes such sensible behaviors impossible- and while I decry the violence, I have no sympathy for someone who drives everyone to fantasies of killing them.....until someone actually does it.
Hence the term "Ex"-employee.
I can't believe there is a discussion going on here about whether or not this was "deserved". lol...come on!
How much contempt and anger must there be for people and their bosses for this discussion to be taking place???
About 6 weeks ago, we had the same experience in Minneapolis - not only was the boss/owner shot and killed but 6 employees and a UPS driver. None of them survived; the shooter killed himself. The shooter was fired earlier that day for not showing up/excessive tardiness as well poor workmanship. There is nothing funny nor ironic about it. The shooter, it was later found out, was a schizophrenic who decided to go off of his meds. The owner and co-workers were fair and good to work with/for. NOBODY deserves to be mowed down at work - ever. Posters stating that bosses push their employees too far and the expectations are too high - really? Show up and on time, do the work you were hired to do ~ pretty reasonable, don't you think?
...and there ya have it!
Observing in the case you mentioned the boss had no other alternative but to terminate. But we don't know any of the circumstances here (none of which should end up with murder or attempted murder).
Was the boss sleeping with the employee's wife? Was the boss sleeping with the employee's under aged daughter? Did the boss frame the employee for some incompetence of his own, in order to save himself? I have seen all of these instances and none of them ended being settled with a firearm.
But a lot of comments are out here with know background info.
first post by RationalNOTreligious is disgusting. and is NOT rational to start such a dialoge.
why it is still up is strange.
maybe it is to flush out all the people messed up in the head...
He got shot in the bathroom?? Was it the Men's head or the Ladies' head?
..wow..no picture of the perp, huh? ..interesting.
We do not have a Union grievance committee anymore. What is a fellow to do?
There are many bosses that will see what happened and try to become better bosses and better human beings if they think that they may be next. However, the are many bosses that deserve what this guy got.
It's frankly amazing that so many can draw conclusions from something about which they know nothing. No wonder they can be made to believe voting makes a difference.
After nearly exterminating the wolf. The sheeps are left to over populate.
looks like he had it coming.............
