I Live near Cincinnati Ohio,I know someone went to prison 4 years for non payment of child suport of 60,000 .That on 4 kids.This got probation for 90,000 and has nine kids.He needs to be fixed.WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE.He had health problems and tring to get disiabltiy.

I have an idea. If you have kids you can't afford to care for then they should be taken away and placed with families that want and can afford a child or children. I have seen many couples adopt outside the US since they can't have their own kids, but it is so difficult to adopt American kids. I have seen many families that have many perks that the government pays - free lunches for students, WIC, food stamps, child care assistance, rent vouchers, and the list probably goes on and on. This is what is wrong with America - families use to take care of themselves and each other. Now they want everything from the government.

I just wanted to say that i have 10 children and a loving relationship with all of them of course its with six different women which at my age and with the knowlege i have now i wish it was different maybe one woman or two the most however i remember when i came to my senses and started becoming responsible because i wasnt before and i had owed $122,000 in back child support .It was really hard for me especially coming home with less than $100 for a two week pay period after all child support was paid out (not that anyone should feel sorry for me) the point is some people do wake up and not having money didnt bother me because it felt good knowing i was doing my part to take care of my children which of course meant more than just sending them money but playing and active part in their lives . Anyway to all those out there that think they cant do it well think again and just do it And for all those skeptics out there just know some of the people out there that havent paid are not all bad Oh and by the way i only owe 7k in back child support and will be able to get a passport soon Yay

I worked for over 30 years at the welfare dept in philly as well as auditing the program statewide. These "stick men" move to multiple partners who are subsidized by dependency on welfare. As a requirement the "mothers" are forced to cooperate with the fruitless child support system. And, some of these women actually protect these creeps although they are occasionally financially sanctioned. I believe all non-paying stick men white and black and every other color if unemployed should be put in locked labor communities, short of concentration camps to work to defray our subsidizing this irresponsibility. The stick men are the first step on the road to life long welfare dependency. The 2nd step is these irresponsible dependent women who can't close their legs. It may sound crude. But, that's real deal. The stick men must be stopped.

It's called CASH for KID'S.

For those of you that missed it, these are the "types" that Romney was talking about when he referenced folks that do not take responsibility. Why should they?? The tax payers support MILLIONS of these kids and women. I work with 20-35 yr old guys that have fathered children and their "girlfriends" do not claim them to be the father, then apply for welfare, food stamps, etc. Meanwhile "dad" gives them a few dollars cash and calls it "doing his thing".

Lets put a end date on this endless "support"- (Some suffering will be necessary. (The liberals will not stand for that however.)

One more thing. This may come as a surprise to some. But, if you want to be gainfully employed in this country, you are putting yourself behind the 8 ball by manufacturing children that you cannot afford. The age of free welfare dependency is coming to a close. Even if it isn't, one dramatically decreases ones capacity for education and gainful employment by manufacturing children that you can't or won't properly care for. You can have all the mandatory welfare jobs programs you want but, what I said are the facts. This system is perpetuated by the perpetrators and the poverty pimps, the state government managers who build careers in the welfare industry on the public dime. The poverty pimp state welfare managers are no more than a super-welfare dependency, with those truely in need getting the crumbs falling off the tables of the poverty pimps.

Always the father, never the groom. Why not satisfy your sexual needs if you don't have to pay. Who pays? Guess.

I am ALL FOR FORCED STERILIZATION of men and women who continue to have children they cannot or will not support. And I'm a bleeding heart liberal, most of the time, but these people who breed like rats with no thought whatsoever to the future of the children they are making, MUST BE STOPPED!!

Unfortunately, environment creates one generation after another that isn't capable of choosing to be responsible for the lives they create. This applies to black and white. To a large degree it is a consequence of growing up in poverty and intellectual deprivation. Without education and intellect it is difficult to imagine having the power to change one's life for the better. So they just drift from day to day with no thought for the future and no belief in their ability to create a future for themselves or their children. Poverty also creates a survival level mentality that obsesses about where the money is to pay the rent, buy the food, etc. You're so busy trying to survive from one day to the next that you can't think beyond the next day.

There is also a poverty subculture that admires the production of children simply because that is the only thing you are capable of doing that produces anything at all. Most who live in poverty begin having children at a very early age. The first illegitimate child usually shows up when the mother is still a young teenager, and after that the road is all downhill.

But we must also consider the fact that teenagers like Bristol Palin give birth to babies when they should be graduating from high school and going to college. Because of her high public profile, there are plenty of teenagers who don't see the down side to having babies when they are still in high school. They don't understand that Palin is in a privileged position and the consequences for her are not the same as they are for someone living in poverty, or even someone middle class whose parents can't or won't provide support for their daughter's child.

The best way to spend your life in poverty is to begin having children while you are still a child yourself. The cycle needs to be broken. It isn't as simple as cutting off the welfare checks. Some of these women are not particularly employable. They have no education, no skills, and no work ethic. Would you hire them? Allowing innocent children to die because they have been born to bad parents doesn't really seem like a viable solution. There was a time when we removed children from the custody of indigent parents. That seems draconian, but maybe that's what it will take to break the chain.

How the hell can women this irresponsible be good mothers? Jeez they are just as much to blame as this guy probably even more since unlike him they had the option of abortion. By the way this guy should NEVER be allowed to father more children. Even if by some miracle he gets the money together to pay all his debts our world is over crowded and nine children is way more than enough.

There is a reason that alot of women go after sport stars and love has nothing to do with it, they are looking for a 6 figure pay day and the only thing the players can see is some good looking eye candy to show to people who he thinks are his friends. Then when babies come he wonders why divorce is next after he has taken off his blinders. You will never see a rich white women dating a broke black guy unless she is as old as dirt.

It is about time that a judge enforce a take care of your own child ruling. There are so many of these cases that are so unbelievably irresponsible. I met a person once who had 10 children by the time he was 24 when I asked how he took care of them he proudly said "I don't the government does". I said to him why should the government pay for what you should be responsible for? He did not like that. People why should people be allowed to abuse the system and put more children in poverty? To me it's neglect not to take care of a child, if you don't like who you have a child with maybe you should have not had sex with them in the first place or taken precaution. Don't even start with abortion, that is just killing for sex and un-responsible as well. I know people aren't going to like what I am saying here but keep this in mind, why should I have to pay your bills with my tax dollars if you are capable.
