Federal agents are asking the public's help in finding this woman, along with a child who is believed to be aged 4 or 5.
Update: Within hours of posting an image of a “Jane Doe” suspected of engaging in sex acts with a child in a pornography video, Homeland Security Investigations received tips that led to the woman's arrest.
Corine Danielle, Motley, 25, was arrested by the Homeland Security Investigations team in Pensacola, Fla. and Northwest Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Authorities believe that Motley produced at least one long-form porn video with a child between the ages of 4 and 6, and that the video was posted on Nov. 27.
“There is nothing more satisfying than knowing that, due to these efforts, a child is now safe and her tormentor now in custody," U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director John Morton said in a statement. The agency had released the photo as a last-ditch measure after other leads had been exhausted.
Motley is being held without bail.
Federal officials are seeking help from the public to find a woman suspected of producing a child porn video - as well as a young victim who appears in it.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement described the effort as not only one to arrest the woman, who is believed to be in her mid- to late 20s, but also to "rescue the victim," whose identity has not been determined.
At the center of the case is a video that officials say shows the woman engaged in explicit sexual conduct with the victim, who appears to be aged 4 or 5.
Authorities believe the woman lives somewhere in the United States.
A “Jane Doe” arrest warrant was issued for the woman on Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Washington, only the second such warrant obtained by ICE's child-exploitation investigations unit this year.
ICE has posted photographs of the woman on its website, along with details of how to submit information that could assist with capturing her and finding the child.
The woman is described as white, aged 23 to 29, with a medium build and brown hair with blond highlights. She has greenish hazel eyes, a mole on her left thigh and a tongue piercing.
The Danish National Police alerted U.S. authorities to the video after officers downloaded it in Denmark. The material was submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Authorities request that anyone with information about this person contact ICE immediately by calling 866-347-2423.

A sad truth is that the pornographer was probably a VICTIM once herself. You can see it in her lifeless eyes. TRAGIC. However, I hope they find this deranged child abuser and SAVE THE PRECIOUS CHILD.
What have we become?
Someone has seen this woman and maybe even sees her frequently: a clerk at a grocery store, a neighbor. And she most likely has family members who would recognize her. It's important to keep her picture out there until she is found by the police.
I hope she is reported immediately and this horror stops. It's just sick.
I agree, kaybeetoys - someone has seen this woman. I'm sure a lot of someones see her. The problem is, a good number of people, with their addiction to checking their smartphone every 45 seconds, just glance up to see if they're about to be hit by a bus, then they go right back into the smart phone hypnotic state. There's a whole world happening out there, folks. And, some people living in it, like this precious little child, need our help. I hope they find this woman soon. Maybe that will lead to the rescue of the child.
Maybe she was a victim; maybe not. It's a common assumption that doesn't always prove true. Some people are just bad news without having a bad childhood at the root. Either way, once somebody moves from being a victim to committing a crime of this magnitude, they are now a criminal.

Memorize her certain facial features. Look at her chin. Look at her lips. Look at her nose. Look at the skin below her eyes. Look at her forehead directly above the eyes. Memorize them!
Pedophilia assault on a child at the age of seven and under will cause Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) infliction. This disorder lasts forever and medical treatment needed for the victim to regain back his or her life again can last upwards to ten years.

When studying a pedophile's family background it has been shown that some of the grandparents, parents, siblings and direct relations had pedophilia symptoms also. Also, the pedophile gene can be dormant or active. The active gene are those we all know about like this woman assailant for example. As for those with a dormant gene the gene will awaken at times and the individual will become attracted to young children. But the dormant gene will stay awake for only some moments before it becomes dormant again and when this occurs the individual becomes remorseful for thinking the way he or she just had. A good example of how a dormant gene will awaken is when the individual notices a child with excess exposed flesh like at a beach where kids are wearing bathing suits.

2. As for "What have we become?" Pedophiles have always been with us. And greatly tolerated for long stretches of time. I think that we are actually have much less toleration for it than in the past, and are better at publicizing it and reacting to it, you will never totally prevent it, especially since so much of it comes from parents.

To an extent this behavior is genetic and it is found in EVERY animal ( including humans ) on the planet. It is a vary natural thing for male and female animals to take younger mates. Just like everything in nature, there are some animals with some overly distorted version of a natural process. It happens and as much as we like to think of our selves as different from animals, we are really not all that different.
That being said, we do have intelligences and awareness. We are also supposed to show empathy, so there is still no real excuse. Just make no mistake, this need is borne into all animals and there will be those that take those needs way to far.

How many of us have been victims in our lives? Victims of abuse of some form, of alcoholism or drug abuse of parents or older siblings? Of having a teacher/coach touch us inappropriately? The behavior dose have roots in the drive to procreate, although it is not quite like how the other poster puts it. Society must look at both behavioral modification and genetic cause and effect. To leave one or the other out would mean failure to understand the condition and failure to prevent it in the future.

A genetic mutation might be the cause of pedophilia, according to an Italian study. If further research confirms the initial results, the sexual attraction of some adults to children might be considered a disease that can be treated.
A study conducted by neuroscientists at Turin University and researchers at the department of neurological science of the University of Milan asserts that pedophilia is caused by a defective growth factor called pleiotropic protein Progranulin (PGRN). The results were published in the journal Biological Psychiatry and presented during a recent convention of the Neurological Italian Society in Turin.
Lorenzo Pinessi, coordinator of the research, has studied the case of a man who at 50 started to show pedophile behavior toward his 9-year-old daughter. A neurological analysis showed that he was affected by a mutation of Progranulin, which is an essential substance for the process of sexual differentiation of the brain. The mutation of this substance is believed to be associated with a reduction in impulse control leading to frontotemporal lobe dementia, a condition similar to Alzheimer’s.
Proving that pedophilia has neurobiological causes means “there is a chance to treat it,” said Pinessi. Hey stupid no where in nature do other animal pick younger mates that are not of mating age. In case you're too stupid to know 5 for a human is below puberty and in case you don't know what puberty means it means they are not of mating age. So pedophiles are n fact way different than any other animal on earth.

Pedophiles, rapists, and probably many other types of behavior, including many not so noticed, are all part of people needing control. And that is because they felt powerless when they were younger, whether direct abuse or their view on society. The Napoleon Complex is a good example. There is nothing genetic about that. its your environment. Sure, if your dad tends to be psychotic and controlling, then you pick up on those traits. However just becasue something is genetic does not take blame away, the gene would explain the attraction to children but in the end there is choice. However the discovery of the gene does give rise to a possible intervention and treatment. We need to look at every possible angle and do anything we can to protect children.

Sure, it's genetic in the sense that it is learned behavior taught to them by their family members. It is still learned behavior, yes there is a genetic sexual drive component but that is easily misdirected to other exploits, in this case sexual activity with members of our species that have not reached sexual maturity. So from an animal, biological sense even this is deviant behavior.
From an evolutionary sense this is one of the things that separates us from 'the beasts'. Our intellectual capacity to understand the trans-mutative effect our behavior can have on other members of our species, and to have the ability to override our sexual drive to prevent harm that affect that person's adult happiness.
From an animal sense we are not genetically driven to settle down, have a healthy relationship with a mate and 'live happily ever after', but from a societal sense we are. We are currently in the throws of the intellectual evolution (since our own self awareness will prevent any visible physical evolution) that will purge our species from this 'deviant' behavior, so in another 10k years or so it will probably be gone.
Patience. In the mean time lock the deviants up and prevent their procreating. That will hasten the evolution.

Nature versus nurture. It's an ongoing debate. When it comes to all of human behavior, it is usually how nurture impacts nature. But regardless of what science may one day reveal, one thing is true : People can't help what happened to them as a child, but once they are adults, they are responsible for their own actions, including going and getting therapy for issues, joining support groups to learn and encourage healthy coping skills and behavior, educating themselves, and AND avoiding slippery situations. Example: alcoholics avoiding working at a beer brewery, chocoholics avoid working at a Hershey's factory, Gamblers Anonymous avoiding casinos. What I am trying to say here, is that even if it turns out that some pedophilia is genetic, there is no excuse for acting out on it! It is quite well known how destructive pedophilia is on children and that society will come down HARD on pedophiles which is as it should be! Pedophiles MUST be kept away from children and if one is caught, then society must do the job that the pedophile did not--isolate the pedophile from children. Where knowing if its genetic would really help is that gene therapy could be made available to a human before the defective gene ever has a chance to manifest itself. I'm not saying that a gene is the only reason for pedophilia, but it is worth looking into to determine if it can be one of the factors in some pedophilia cases.
A third possibility besides genes, or childhood trauma--drug abuse can and does contribute in a subset of drug abusers, particularly meth and coke-- which takes people places they would never go if clean/sober. It's still a small subset, but it is definitely there!
Everyone is so convinced this woman is a pedophile by genetic disposition or through learned behavior. Here's an out-of-the-box thought. She's just a pornographer, blinded by greed, addicted to drugs, and in need of money, LOTS of money.
Is she having sex with a child because she's a true pedophile who desires it? Or is she filming herself having sex with a child because she knows how much value those types of videos have in the black market?

The argument that pedophilia is genetic has not been proven. No one has isolated the "pedophilia gene." For that matter, no one has isolated the "gay gene."
Still, the argument is intriguing. Perhaps many forms of deviance are the result of some genetic mutation that exists in some people, but not in others. Perhaps one day we will be able to cure pedophiles, homosexuals, serial rapists, and even serial killers simply by injecting them with some specialized genetic material that corrects their particular genetic affliction.

A family member is 6'4", in great shape, a very high IQ (we're talking brilliant) no head injuries till he had a climbing ice axe go into his head while on an ice wall when in his 30's, has social personality disorder which expresses itself through sexual behavior mostly to those that are young. He's almost 70 now, 16 yrs older than I. He has left a trail of destruction in his path. He learned it from his mother and she from one of her mother's multiple husbands.
Some, though few, have recovered through hard work and therapy to live a joyful life. Others have become drunks, drug addicts, lesbians that steal others kids, and a hermit that ran to rural Alaska to climb and seperate herself from the lot of them.
So those of you that make a lot of claims and cite ridiculous articles, until you've survived the bowels of hell, you don't get to have a say that means anything to those of us that have survived. And even though my sister is still living, you would never know it, she is but a shadow of what she could have been....

Its a fools errand to think you can look at our genes and find one that relates directly to pedophilia. There are genes that affect our behavior, yes. Genes for Autism and other problems that lead to either behavior or emotional issues. But directly to pedophilia, no. There won't be anything that specific.
Environment is the key. Take a pedophile's son or daughter out of his home early and raise him in a proper environment and poof, the mystery gene disappears.
I don't know devil's son, there is still absolutely no way to tell if brain structure differences occurred due to the learned behavior (VERY possible), or that the intellectual shortcomings are additional side effects of the abuse, etc. which is very likely.
And while there may be certain vague biological differences that can contribute to a person being more predisposed to a behavior, the behavior is still learned. They just might be better at it than the next person. Like when a gifted athlete crosses their exceptional biological gifts with a burning desire to win at the very sport they are predisposed to, they prove to be unbeatable.

Just like other mental diseases can be genetic or at least have a genetic predisposition. A person can have the mental defect that causes pedophilia and never act on it. Just like people that are schizoid don't have to listen to the voices in their heads. Unless there is a physical trigger. I suspect it takes a number of factors. In some cultures having sex with the young is not looked on as bad.

There is no cure for genetic problems, today, and the only genetic problems we know of are medical ones. No behavioral issues have genetic connections, apart from side affects of the medical conditions.

takenaka, while she probably does speak English, different areas of the country speak with a dialect/tone etc that is particular to the area they live or grew up in. I live in upstate NY but have a twinge of midwest (where I grew up) and a little southern (from living with my mom). Making a distinction between the areas of the country could go a long way to identifying where she might live.

I think though, that everyone assumes she is in some home in America and on the outside leading a normal life. So all we have to do is identify her. But she could very well be in Mexico or Russia as some sex slave, and in that case no one will report it.
When people are found guilty, and there is no doubt of guilt, they should be allowed to administer a truth drug to find out who else is involved in these types of crimes. The same could be applied to other types of crimes, when they are found guilty take their right to silence away from them to get information to help track down others. We should use any and all means to stop this from happening to other children. Or the guy who was identified for robbing a bank in Denver a few years back as a local business man by several people based on photos. The real crook had fled to Hawaii and after seeing that an innocent man was about to take the fall he cane back and confessed. Luckily for the business man because the resemblance based on the photos, shown after the story broke, of the two men was uncanny. If the guy had been convicted most would not have doubted his guilt. That is why our system is based on reasonable doubt, not no doubt, it does not always workand while the news and TV makes you think we let murderers and rapists go every day that is just not true. Flawed at times, sure but it's better than most anything any other country in the world has. Imagine the law suit if your truth drugs had been used on the guys above, "oops sorry but there was no doubt" just doesn't cut it in my book. I don't advocate coddling criminals and yes we could use some reforms but I don't think that is one of them.

And Dale, there is no truth drug. Sodium pentothal is only a barbiturate that lowers inhibitions and is used in some lethal injection executions. It just makes you loos (or dead, given the dose). All kinds of tests show that it is still totally possible to lie while under the stuff.

As time goes by and we study more parts of the human body, and more importantly the human brain, we are finding and identifying genes that cause many "odd behaviors" and disease (like the breast cancer gene). So, one such research project here has made some leadway on identifying a gene that inidacates a much higher probability that one with be a pedophile.

Now, let me correct your misinformation. There has been no gene identified that is responsible for a predisposition to deviant behavior such as pedophilia. It is not "probable" that there is one, and it is not even in the realm of researchable possibility at this point in time.
The brain differences cited in several sexual behavior research are not necessarily of genetic origin. You appear to be confused regarding what is genetic and what can be attributed to environmental causes, both intra- and extra-uterine.
Your example of the breast cancer gene is a predisposing gene only. Whether that predispositon actually manifests as a disease process is completely dependent upon environmental interaction between that predisposition and environmental factors related specifically to the individual. Predisposition increases risk only.
Re: your suggestion of others doing their research: I'd suggest you improve your own skills in that particular area, and spend a great deal more time attending to your undergraduate studies before even attempting the GRE that would gain admittance into a graduate program of study. I can see by your writing that passing the GRE would be an impossibility for you at this time. Good luck with your learning. There is no grammatical mistake there. I see what you're implying, but the sentence simply has two objects that police are looking for: the "woman", and the "young victim". The kind of misleading sentence you're alluding to annoys the heck out of me, too, when I see one. This isn't one.
They may not know if the child is hers. There could be any number of possible relationships between the woman and the child. A step child, possibly, a younger sister, etc.

This perv chick has one really big thing in her favor when it comes to remaining unidentified. I have rarely seen a more average looking female. She has one of those faces that can probably be found in just about any community, very "girl next door-ish". It might be interesting to follow this closely just to see how many innocent look alike women get pulled in to their local PDs on suspicion of being her. I'm sure they'll have her in custody within the next month at the latest though. One of her family or friends will see this and any follow up articles and will turn her in- especially if there is a nice fat monetary reward to go along with her arrest.
