Whenever a responsible human goes missing it never ends well. Unless Ms. Lam has a history of risky behavior that might include disappearing for periods of time, drug use or mental deficiencies, she is almost certainly dead.

Jesus, I hope to god she didn't try to deliver a newspaper in LA. She might be collateral damage that the LAPD had to sweep under the run.....LOL....

She used public transportation, so she should be alright.

Missing two weeks and they don't know why she is/was in LA...it doesn't look good for her. I hope I'm wrong. Her loved ones must be going nuts with fear.

They left out a bunch of details. They didn't mention who reported her missing. But it sounds risky to travel to such a large city alone.

Maybe she met someone on the plane that lived in California and she decided to make a stop in California to see the state before moving on with the rest of her trip. She could have no idea that people are looking for her and consider her missing...I am trying to remain optimistic.

I'm hoping that all turns out well for her.The Cecil Hotel on Main St. in L.A. is a dive. It's not the sort of hotel a young woman alone should be staying at.
